    :hello: Hi ppl,

Well done to all who have lost weight!

Went for a 3 mile walk today, and same thing happened after 1.5 miles as on Monday. Initially I thought is was related to all the pelvis problems I've been having, but now I'm pretty sure its not. It doesn't hamper movement, just makes it very painful. Its like a shooting pain going down the outside of my thigh, starting just under the hip. Just hurts when weight bearing. Could it be a pulled muscle?

To all of you who are having bra problems, I really do sympathise. I have been putting off replacing my (42 G) nursing bras, because I find the whole process so annoying! One of my friends recently gave me a Bravissimo catalogue though - I think they start at D cups. It looks good - they do tops and things too, and my friend swears by it so I'm thinking of making a trip to one of their shops. I'll let you know how it goes! Has anyone else bought from them though?

    Best wishes all

    Hello :)

I'm well and truly back on the wagon, having spent the last 7 days counting calories, so I'd like to re-join the LW club and go back on the chart this week please. :D I started last Monday, so I'll post my results on Mondays if that's ok.

Things are definitely on the up in my life and I'm feeling positive, determined, and motivated. The Vegas holiday is going to be re-booked, possibly in December, and I'm aiming to lose 2 stone by then.

For the benefit of anyone that doesn't know me, I was a regular on the Lose Weight threads from about #6 onwards, and I'm a big fan of Slimming World, although I've decided to count calories this time.

Hello everyone - I is back off hols.

Hi Ajax - welcome back, where did you go?
I need a low-syn breakfast idea (or more) for the days I want to save my He-B's up. What do you good folks do? When I did SW last, it was Weetabix or toast every day as I have no imagination.

SW breakfasts - yum yum! As a veggie I know you'll always do green days, so no bacon :p but you can have a plateful of cooked food - baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, quorn sausages, eggs - or you could have fruit and yogurt if you're after something lighter. Sainsbury's sell frozen fruit salad which is ideal for this - put some in a covered bowl before going to bed and they're ready to eat in the morning. I add a small amount of cereal and natural yogurt, for a filling low calorie start.
No way I can justify going to class working shifts - I'd miss every other week.

I'm pretty sure that SW make allowances for shift workers, so it might be worth checking it out if you want to go to class - why not ask on the SW thread.

edit to add potatoes to the list of foods you can have *free* on green!

    thinking of you beanie!

yay! lois is back!!!!!!!! when i'm doing low syn green breakfasts i go for omelettes or scrambles - dead easy. Or a tin of spaghetti if i'm being lazy. I'm rubbish at yorkshires so i usuall just buy frozen. Isn't that awful of me? They're less hassle though - just go in while your roast is resting, no worries about temperature.

Been a v bad KPC all weekend - dumplings, stroopwaffels, chocolate and chinese. and drinking things out of bottles round the campfire. Must get out and about and walk some of it off. Had a great time at Rufford Abbey and saw lots of lovely doggies. We had the air ambulance out twice too, tres exciting but for really minor things. Not quite sure why they sent that instead of a normal ambulance but gave us all a thrill. Also my friend had some amazing wellies and I have just bought a pair on ebay - black with little white westie dogs wearing pink pringle jumpers. can't wait till they arrive! OH says he will not go anywhere with me whilst wearing them. OH big spoilsport sometimes. Although he did have me in fits this weekend. He is temping at the environemnt agency at the mo and they are having a big push on health and safety at hte mo. Their target is no more than 3 'level 3.1' accidents a year. This is one that results in either 5 days off work or a fatality. This is entertaining enough in itself, but when you find out that are up to 2 already . . . . becasue 2 people fell in the canal doing the accident prevention course. . . . . . btw, not fatal so it's okay to laugh. I nearly p'd myself.
