Brilliant Molly! Is that a first for you by any chance? That 22000 steps is some going, I'm really impressed as I never bother using mine - I will now!!!

Keep it up, I will too.

Couldn't help but notice it Molly, it's not having mumzy and stunty here that does it, now there you have trouble with capital Ts!;)

I laughed at your kitchen tabel laps, sounds SO much like me as I stomp diagonally from one side of the kitchen to the other as fast as I can whilst striking my arms up to the air. Good job we have net curtain or people would think I had a terrible affliction! I notch up a fair few thousand each day though, though look out hubby if he comes through the door during it all. I've got a bike that doesn't go anywhere too - fat lot of good that is. I'd love to get a wii, but that won't be coming yet til I've saved more in the sealed pot!:D

Good chatting to you again, seems a long time. Take care.

I've been walking miles everday this week which is really enjoyable as I go with a friend.
Yesterday I decided to wear my pedometre( free from the times).I wore it from 8.30am when leaving the house and took it of at 3pm before school pick up.I did over 22000 steps. This worked out at 7.5 miles. :)

That is sooo impressive. The most I have managed is 16500 which was a while ago now. I used to walk a lot then lifestyle changed and left little time or opportunity, now I am really trying to fit in as much as I can. Should be going to a boot fair later with DD and it's usually a big one so I hope to clock up some impressive step stats there. Out all eve from 5.30 and with dinner, washing and ironing ready for next week not sure how much more I will be able to do today. Well done everyone keep going.:T

Hello everyone - I is back off hols.

Efrieze, I've gained 4lbs over the hols.

I'm going to switch to SW from today - it's just too easy to fill a WW points allowance up with wine at the end of the day.

I need a low-syn breakfast idea (or more) for the days I want to save my He-B's up. What do you good folks do? When I did SW last, it was Weetabix or toast every day as I have no imagination.

Also, and I know this is a bit naughty, but could someone PM me this week's SW p-word please? I'm curious to know whether I can still check out syns online. No way I can justify going to class working shifts - I'd miss every other week.

Morning everyone.I feel really proud today that i managed to resist my wine last night.Thats a few calories saved.I'm going to do some miles on my exercise bike today as I won't be working.I may have to look for a gel seat like someone on here mentioned (thanks ).
My favourite curry is Korma but it's not the best calorie wise is it!!! I had curry last night but decided just to have a veggie curry and not the usual quorn.it was really lovely.Just bunged in lots of left over veg I had in fridge :) plenty left for today too!

Good morning you lovely lot :D

Congrats on losses: Poohbear (very impressive considering you said you ate loads while away!)

Victory glad you had a good day. I can't see how any candles would be worth £54 each no matter what they smell like

Fantastic walking there Mollymop. I'm another whose pedometer never sees the light of day ;) It's great to hear you're feeling so positive :D

Fab result there Tagz with the gym bottoms :D Just wondering if you have a target dress size?

Welcome back Ajax!!! How was your week? I hope you had a good time :) 4lb is nothing for a holiday gain esp for a guy ;) (I'm getting along well with the wii fit btw WHEN my son allows me on it :D)

On the topic of wii fit - question for anyone - you know how you are supposed to put your 'off-wii activities' in the activity log? I'd like to know how you go back and put in previous date ones, because I've only just found this facility :o
