It will get better-i promise.
Ive been in the MH system for 9 years now (since having dd), been in hospital etc. My CPN wasnt much use either. My pschiatrist and pschotherapist are both excellent. Have suffered from agrophobia for around 8/9 years...literally vomit before going out some days and the panic attacks get so bad that I black out  Also have other symptons, but not really the right time or place to start explaining this...IYKWIM!! I know where mine stems from though but am really unable to do anything about it.
Ive been in intense counselling for a couple of years and now am in a pschotherapy group weekly-which has helped alot. You will know when your ready for this. Its a shame really as my physical health started to worsen as my mental health appeared to be improving, but with the Lupus, FMS etc my MH has started flippin out again and just get to the point where i feel no one understands how feel. I feel sometimes that Im the unluckiest person alive...lol, but then i have a great OH & DD.
I wish you well hun. ((()))
Sorry about the spelling!

Glad
I knew someone had mentioned taggits which you did not have to sew or iron on - so I used the search button and typed school uniform lor school uniform labels and up it came.

Morning everyone
Today will be just another boring day at the office. Aw well, gotta pay the bills somehow.
I'll get home for lunch though - I've got a sort of veggie casserole/stew thingy in the slow cooker and will quickly boil some rice, and have a proper meal. It's great living close to work, I find myself eating properly as I can get home for meals, rather than ending up buying sandwiches as so many of my colleagues do.
My little kitty is going through a phase of crazy hunger - she has an overactive thyroid and is on medication for that, but her appetite is incredible. She'll eat an entire tin of Whiskas in one sitting, then come begging for more a couple of hours later. So when I come home at lunchtime she is overjoyed to see me as it means she'll get fed.
This evening I will try and go for a nice long walk. I tried on Tuesday evening but managed to get about 10 yards and tripped over a tiny little pebble and landed face down on the pavement! Elegant lady me!! At the time my elbow, knee, back and ankle hurt like mad so I went home to the sofa - but all better now. I will look more carefully at where I am putting my feet this evening.
PennyPincher - sorry you're having such a rubbish time right now. It's impressive how you manage a 20 minute blitz anyway, but all the same, I hope you can relax a bit more and get more rest in days to come.
Have a wonderful day everyone.

Morning Penny Pincher and SnowyOwl
Fingers crossed that your clinic goes well Penny Pincher. It must be wonderful to come home at lunch time SnowyOwl. I try to take an OS lunch with me each day and save a fortune by not going to the sandwich shop.
We are moving house at the beginning of October, which we are looking forward to very much. However we are now living in a removal zone  Boxes everywhere and still a lot to pack. We have done car boots over the last three weeks so we have cut down on the amount we have to move. We are trying to do a bit each night, but the big push is always at the weekend.Enjoying an MSE OS life0 -
Morning girls :hello:
I was woken to the delightful smell of cinnamon raisin loaf wafting under my nose this morning, which is why I'm up so early! It's the first time I've actually used the timer on my BM so we can look forward to some of that in a bit once it's cooled enough to slice
I feel a bit like a zombie at the moment though as I stayed up to watch Lost last night so didn't get to sleep till almost one  I'm sure a few :coffee: 's will sort me out though
Bolognaise is out of the freezer for tonight's dinner - can't believe I'm so organised this early LOL!
Think I'm going to spend some time making "lists" this morning - great way to procrastinate :rotfl: - but at least I'll be able to see what I've got to do better, plus I need to go through my budgets and freezer/cupboard lists and do a meal plan. Think I've only spent about £10 in the last couple of weeks on milk, fruit/veggies so that's good :j
Right, off to put the kettle on and make brekkie! Will no doubt be back in a while "An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

It is that what you do, good or bad,
will come back to you three times as strong!

Good morning every everyone:j
I got a lie in this morning. My 2 year old decided not to wake unitil 6.45 this morning;) . We think she's waking early for the toilet. We potty trained her and now she's dry at night too, for some reason. However it does mean early starts.
Still, woke to the lovely smell of baking bread and the DD is now tucking into a bacon sarnie.
I am trying to make sourdough and I set my starter last night and this morning its starting to work, so fingers crossed. It's liver & bacon for tea tonight, so thats a nice easy one and one of my favourites.
I shall take the little one to the toddler group this morning, I might have a bit of adult conversation...................
Have a nice day one and all, and I hope you feel better soon PP. You really don't need anything else on top do you?
