Hi Yall, Glad you got some kip PP even if it was drug enduced! Hope your shoulder is easing up QC.
It's bright sunshine here so 1 load of whites are catching a few rays while the too dingy to flash before the neighbours are back in the machine having a couple of hours in bleach.
Been to Tesco this morning and had to be escorted in by a member of staff walking in front of my car like the do at funerals because I was the only one wanting to buy food the other 60 cars were waiting to panic buy petrol. If I run out I shall just walk and if the price goes up much further I will seriously consider flogging my car. Managed to get a weeks worth of shopping for 5 peeps for £20.88 after my 18 coupons were accepted:D so the Sept grocery challange is well on target.
Off to make a cottage pie now with 1 lb of mince and lots of oddments from the fridge. Have a good day and catch ya later.Life's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0 -
Having a relatively quiet day today. Need some peace and quiet to get my studying done - exams looming in only 4 weeks *gulp!*
Chicken slowly cooking in the slow cooker, BM on and washing on the line.
DS had his first day at pre-school yesterday. Afterwards i asked him if he liked it. He said he did but complained that all they do there is play! He said if he wants to do baking or ''studying'' then he'll have to stay at home at ask mummy and daddy to teach him but if he wants to play then he'll go back to pre-school! Apparently he asked one of the workers when they were going to get books and pencils out to do 'studying' during the session. I just hope he still has this enthusiasm to learn when he's a teenager. I guess he's always seen his dad and me doing night-school courses so he assumes all adults study.0 -

As for asking - you're very welcome
the back pain virtually disappears as it stops the spasms and also means I can start exercising again which means losing weight and all that adds to a healthier backI am a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Wales, Small Biz MoneySaving, In My Home (includes DIY) MoneySaving, and Old style MoneySaving boards. I had a series of hydrotherapy sessions and at the end of each one they strapped a few floats on me here and there and just left me to float.
It was LOVELY. I hadn't realised how much and in how many different places I was hurting until it stopped. I really ought to build myself a jaccusi big enough to float in. I wonder how much waterproof keyboards cost?Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there.
