you're doing nothing wrong. It seems they have realised the error and corrected it, but only to the extent that you can't add it to your basket.

yes everyone got confirmation emails, sometimes we do all get the emails confirming order and receive the goods other times we dont, they refer back to t/c.
This is the fun part of this site seeing what we can or cant get..............
