((((((((HUGS))))))))) to Tm from Wales. So sorry you are facing such a difficult time. I went through this myself a few years ago with my Dad it is a terribly emotional time for you all. Hopefully someone will be able to help with your children so that you can get to spend some quality time with your Dad and of course your Mum, pm me if you need to chat. Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

Hugs from me too TM, what a rotten time you're going through. Wish I was nearer to you so I could offer to have the kids.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

The nominal amout of sleep i had lastnight has really messed me up, i cant stay awake im nodding off at work, i can feel my body getting more run down, ive developed a sniffle and sore throat and im freezing cold. Whats worse is i have to battle the crows in asda tonight to get OH's special birthday cake.
Going to fish a frozen meal out of the freezer (Mam gave me loads of super bargains she snaffled in the frozen meal stakes) but im fancying some of the chicken enchiladas i have stashed away from OH.
Hot bath and bed calls for me. I might treat myself to some Matey or menthol bubble bath0 -

Sorry to be thick but what does mustard powder in the bath do???I'd rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are; because a could-be is a maybe who is reaching for a star. I'd rather be a has-been than a might-have-been, by far; for a might have-been has never been, but a has was once an are – Milton Berle0

Morning All :hello:
Woke up at 2am-only 3 hrs sleep  Still feeling rough but painkillers are helping abit now. I wouldnt wish Lupus & FMS on worst enemy!
Anyway, I have put a washload on and will get DH to hang out when he gets up. Will do our 20 min blitz about 8'ish and DH & DS are going to clean the car in and out. Also mop the floors. House is otherwise spotless.
We are staying at my sisters tomorrow for 2 nights as Im going mental being at home 24/7. She lives near the coast and is her anniversary at the weekend. Really looking forward to the change of scenery. The kids are booked into a gym club for thursday & friday for 2 hours each day (£9.50 each  but mums paying for them all)DS & I are getting hair cuts (£5 each-normally spend £40 for both of us at our house!). Must pack today too..lol.
We were accepted yesterday for direct payments from social services-which means I can look for my own help-its taken 2 months, but we got there :wall:
Also, approved for stairlift & bathroom being made into a walk in shower/wet room  It will make my life so much easier.
You lovely folks have a great day :grouphug:
