Morning all, got on the scales today, lost 2lb last week, while this is good, am slightly disappointed, as the week before lost 3 and half lb! But it's that time of the month, and I've heard this affects your weight?

Hello everyone. Thats me that is!! LOL

Anyway I started that thread beacuse I am more than just overweight and needed a big kick up my ginormous buttocks to get it moving into the right direction. As you can see by reading it I am not at my best at the moment but I believe that sorting this tractor tyre out around my waist will be a step closer to what the public call 'normal'.

Thanks for sending me over here MRSMCAWBER.

I shall keep a beady eye on you lot ;)

*trundles in with saversarns stick poking her all the way :D*

Ermmmmmmmm, my name's Nixy and I WAS a good girl with my eating a couple of weeks ago but it has all gone a leetle beet Pete Tong since then. My new job means that I am spending my whole life in my car travelling uppppppppp the country and then dooooooowwwwwn the country and then onto a plane and off a plane.......and consequently I have been stuffing my peegy leetle face with more lattes and cakes and beef burglers than it knows how to handle!

BUT I saw some photos of me this weekend and I look........a bit bloaty. My face has never looked like that before, its given me a bit of a shock actually. You don't see your weight gain sometimes, or you get used to it. This was a real  moment.

Soooooooooooo I'm back. Honest. No more peegin' out sessions for me. By the feel of my clothes I have shoved back on the 8lbs I had lost *grumbling* but I only have myself to blame for that.

Well done everyone who is losing weight, well done everyone who is sticking to it as best they can - and for anyone who has been cheatin', you're in the Norty Corner with me :p

    Hello everyone!
It's great to see new people joining all the time. I can tell everybody that's just starting out on here, that it really does work. The motivation I get from reading all the posts is imeasurable (I think I made that word up, but maybe not, it looks real enough when it's written down doesn't it).
I have lost another 1lb at my weigh in this morning. Not fantastic again, but my exercise wasn't great last week, so I think that's why.
I bought a treadmill from eBay and picked it up on Saturday. It's a manual one, so you have to 'push' it yourself, bloomin hard work!! My arms are more tired than my legs!! Must be doing it wrong somewhere along the line.
Keep up the good work team!! So proud to be part of this! :T

    love
