Hi everyone,
i`ve just got caught up with the thread again,
i`m not doing well with this ATM so i`m going to sacrifice one of my other threads so that i can get on here every day to keep me on track.
I got weighed this morning and i was so shocked i`m not telling what those `orrible things in the bathroom said :silenced: :silenced: :silenced: it wasn`t nice at all.

Well i weighed myself this morning and i was 1lb less than i thought i was, so i only have 2 stone 13lbs to lose.:j
I went on a 3 mile bike ride today to the market. I'm not sure i'll be able to walk tommorrow but i enjoyed it. I also went out for lunch today with my Sisters and we usually have cake, but today i said no. So all in all a good first day so far.;)0 -

Quick post as back from last night's meeting and MILES of minutes to type *SIGH*.
Will give it more time after I finish work today.
Anyway, here's my day:
Breakfast: toasted oats with toasted nuts and soya milk topped with chopped strawberries
Lunch: Salade Nicoise: mixed leaves, steamed green beans, spring onions, tomatoes, 1/3 small avocado, chopped boiled eggs, tinned tuna (in water), 1 tbsp oil, balsamic vinegar.
Peach melba: 1 chopped nectarine & raspberries mixed with 0% Total greek yogurt.
Snack (planned): apple with smearing of peanut butter
Dinner (planned): risotto (boiled rice with 1 tsp marigold) with spinach, asparagus and feta. Tomato salad with 1/2 tbsp olive oil.
Snack: fruit of some sortFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -

Not posted I have been very busy:eek: I don't know what my boss is thinking
Julia I do 10k steps a day, it does take a real effort especially as I have such a sedentary 9-5 desk job, but I really have changed shape doing it
Darn is that the time???? must dash need to take my daughter to her singing lesson.
