    :j Yeah - managed to lose 1/2lb:j

Well done all the other losers, hello newbies and chin up those struggling.

I've never been a binge eater - more of a grazer and large portion sizes. I find it much easier to plan what I'm eating for the day and include plenty of snacks as I pass out with hunger if I don't eat for 2 hours :rotfl: ! Joking aside, one of my friends only has to look at me when I'm out and she's like "you need feeding!!!!":o

Luckily I like to munch on carrots (helps to chop'em the night before) gives a nice satisfying crunch and I can pretend I'm ripping the head off someone that's annoyed me (I used to do it to gummi bears - haribo addict:o )

Right better go and find some stuff to [STRIKE]knacker[/STRIKE] tire out 18 brownies at the weekend!:rotfl:

Today i survived on a yoghurt and several cups of tea. Then had an omlette for tea with a small glass of wine to finish the weekend bottle off. Not very healthy i know but ....

    Welcome juliav!

Toni - 1lb off for me this morning so 9 stone on the nose now.... only 2 weeks late for the last bank hols challenge but I got there in the end!:D

I was full of good intentions this morning, until chocolate birthday muffins appeared in work... well, what can you do?! Home made though so reasonably healthyish (who am I trying to kid!). Going swimming again straight from work tomorrow... chilli's already in the fridge thawing out so it'll be ready to chuck it in the pan when I get in, I was absolutely ravenous last week!

    Good luck this week everyone!

    Evening all

I have been away - and I have come back again, if you will still have me that is :o I was momentarily seduced by the thrills of an SW thread over on Health board, and they are lovely peeps over there......

.... but I'm an OS girl in my heart :D

(maybe I can try two threads at once!? multitasking again...... )

    So, today I ate:

    B muller light and banana
L stir fried pork escalopes in soy with loads of peppers, pak choi, stir fry veggies, satsuma
D piri piri chicken leg with HM coleslaw (in a ff fromage frais dressing etc), salad, wholemeal roll

snacks - strawberries, banana, glasses of water... :A

(and I was the girl that had never been to a slimming club... .. all changed now, fully paid up member of SW and its coming off 1 - 2 lb a week so far)

    Hi

Can i join please. I have about 3 stone to lose. I've lost weight before with ww and put it all back on again:rolleyes: . The last diet i went on i lost a stone which i have managed to keep off:j (even though i stopped my diet about 2 months ago) but i'd like to shift the rest. I've just bought a bike so i can get plenty of exercise.

I went for a bike ride today then came home and stuffed my face with hm scones:o . I sat there thinking this isn't really the point of getting the bike.

So i'm going to start again.

I wouldn't dream of discussing the delicate subject of how I get my oats with a client ! LOL! I don't have anyone Thursday this week. One on Wednesday though. My new room isn't done yet for treatments, but dh is doing his best.

Food wasn't too bad this evening at dd's leavers' do. Salmon/monkfish kebab thing, slice of ham was all I had plus salads. left the vols au vent etc etc. Small piece of cakey thing with fruits on the top, quite nice. It's not the right time to be up, but I think the coffee that I carelessly accepted might have something to do with it...dh gently (!) 'purring' next to me not helping, He was drinking and I was driving. he's always worse after a drink. Aren't they all?

It's starting to come home to me that dd will be away from us before too long. 3 months today she'll start in Swedish school... a lot to happen before then , exams, family holiday, hol with her b/f and her music course. I won't be obliged to do veggie for her, but I have to say, I love vegetarian food now, at least the stuff we have at home. Will include more of these dishes as a permanent thing.

Perhaps I should be doing something useful right now, like deciding on food for tomorrow,

Breakfast will be fruit and oats,

DD is on study leave tomorrow, so we'll have a go at the leftovers from the weekend still there in the fridge. Top up with salad and bread.

Evening has to be easy as I have to take dd to driving theory test late afternoon and I'm recording for the BBC in the evening (I'm such a star, dahlings!). lentil lasagne still in freezer so that will do. Some froz vegies too I think.

    Gonna try and sleep now.

Seemed to eat a lot yesterday.

Breakfast: banana, porridge, muller light yoghurt

Lunch: toasted pitta bread with hummus and coleslaw, slice of hm quiche

    Dinner: quiche, salad, potato wedges
snacks: toffee crisp and 5 twinks hobnobs

Considering it's my first week of the diet and I'm supposed to be all motivated I'm still eating quite a lot! Still a bit better than pre-diet eating though, and managed to get into my pre-preggers jeans yesterday :j .

Have planned a nice long walk to Broadstairs today with a friend, but so tired I just want to go back to bed. Baby likes to wake at 5am, can't get back to sleep in moses basket, just falls asleep on me as i check my emails etc. So she sleeps for a few hours, just not in a way which enables me to sleep too!

    Bah!
