Good morning ladies! Well managed to get through yesterday without bad mood bingeing then went home did 27 minutes on X trainer - woooot! - and had healthy Marksies so good you wouldn't believe it oh my word you're a virtual angel for eating this ready meal
I'm off on my travels in a minute - got a 3 and a half hour drive to go demo something I've never seen :rolleyes: good job I am used to tap dancing in these demos...................some would call it BS, I call it a key skill
Seriously thinking of changing my weigh in to a Friday, actually I am truggling not to weigh myself every day right now. Bizarre as it sounds its Bank Holiday on Monday and I can't bear the thought of having to wait a day to get weighedso there may be a change in my routine this week.
Right off to shove some porridge down my neck and then I'm out the door
Toni - have you thought about saving the table as an image on photobucket/flickr etc and then pasting that way? That would keep your formatting. You'd have to reload everytime you made an alt but it would mean you weren't forever fiddling with tabs and nonsense. Big thanks for doing that, you're an ickle star. :T
MrsM - how close are you now to having lost 100lbs!!!!! That's an amazing achievement, well done you.. And well done everyone, proper proud of the lot of you

Morning All :wave:
Didn't sow me veggies out yesterday. Instead I got 2 hanging basket planted out and put up and then the DH roped me into helpling him paint all the fence panels in the back garden - all 15 of them!!!!!!! I am aching all over this morning and to make matters worse I'm starting with a summer cold type thingie. I'm not good when I'm ill, need lots of carbs to cheer me up, not good for ones figure. Anyway, DD is at play school for a few hours today which is normally ideal for getting things crossed off my massive list but I know I'll just come back and finish my holiday book :whistle:
Sorry you didn't get through on X-Factor Superspam. Would have loved to see one of us on the telly.
Kentish Maid - If you're back on your food today please can you pass the OFF mode over to me please
Suzid - Sorry to hear your son is off to the fauklands. DH's best mate has just been given a weeks notice to go to Iraq for a 6 month stint
. Not good is it. So glad DH is out of the army now.
Thanks for the table Toni, sorry I'm letting the side down. Don't worry, I'm at least an hour and half away from any welsh bakeries
Well dones to Nix, jlynncsf, queenpig, lainz, droopydrawers :j :j :beer: (or have a slimline tonic:D) and welcome to the newbies :wave:

)

Will post properly soon - off for a shower.
My way isn't very technicalI would use Powerpoint, draw the table then save the powerpoint slide as a JPEG then upload it to photobucket.
