    evening all!

Jackie_w listen to Aunty Frogga - she's been there and bought the T-shirt so knows what she's talking about!
Your last post made me smile, I once got weighed then took off my necklace, belt and sunglasses and lost an extra half a pound!:D
The Paul McKenna CD and book is quite good - the CD is very relaxing and sent me to sleep!:D I bought mine from Amazon too.

Pizza is on the oven, am starving but have resisted cake - made some lemon drizzle cake at work yesterday and it went down very well!

Frogga - loved the banana sandwich recipe! never thought of adding allbran!:T

  • Happy Saturday everyone,
I feel quite traumatised reading todays posts, I've never gone down that road and am now full of admiration for those of you that did, and beat it and can help others:T

I walked into town today and bought a new pedometer:j I love these gadgets, I'm so easy pleased:D My first pedometer was beautiful and cost £30:eek: but we had a deep and meaningful relationship for about 18months before I lost it :o. I then tried a couple of bargain ones that I am just too clumsy for, we tried but there was no magic there:rolleyes:. Today I went to Millets and got one for £14 and although I'll never forget my first love I think I might be ready to love again:p It currently reads 8718 and that does not include the 4000 to get into town :D
I know when I move I lose weight and I always walked my dog for about an hour a day but she has a tumour in her paw  and is not going to get better and short walks if she is up to it are the order of the day.
So now ladies watch me vanish for the Frogga's Fab in Feb Challenge, and bore the fat off you with my daily step total:dance:

P.S. top recipe Frogga:p I'm thinking throw in a few raisins maybe some brown sugar (no I didn't mean that!!!)

Oo raisins, yes maybe, however perhaps you shouldn't tinker with perfection :D
