The lady who spoke to me mentioned that if I needed Unlimited calls to any O2 number then I need to be on a 18 months contract,
So as eljmayes mentioned probably worth pushing for a 12 months contract if you are not after the new N95 / K850i and dont need unlimited calls to O2 numbers.0 -
Hi Is there anyone on this forum who can help me. I asked this question yesterday without any replies.
I am under Car Phone Warehouse o2. My contract with o2 finishes in 16 days.
I have received emails and phone calls from o2? after reading this site I do not know which has been in contact with me o2 direct or CPW 02.
Although I am with CPW, Is there a difference in o2 retentions compared with CPW retentions? If there is which is the best one for me to contact?0 -
If i were you i'd cut out the middle man and deal direct with o2. From what i've heard of CPW i wouldnt use them anyway!! HTH:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

I'm in month 11 of my contract so about to phone up and see what they can offer me. What's the best thing to say when I call? Do I just ask for a PAC code?Cheers Paul0

I managed to get my gf to move to O2 today, so I called them up and I took the following offer:
K850i
600 mins
2000 texts
free O2 - O2 calls
free bluetooth headset
free 2gig memory card
£20 month
will do me!0 -
Just call them and say you want some information on cancelling as you've seen a good offer on another network and want to work out the best time to do so. They will then ask you about the offer and try and match it.

was that a retentions deal or a new contract (as you got you gf to move to o2 today)
or do you mean it in that your gf is on o2 so you can now call her free?0
