  • Does anyone have the email address for Customer Relations @o2. Peter Erskine is no longer there apparently. He was great for getting any problems sorted. can anyone else give me an emaill address for someone in authority at o2 CR. Have a letter from Mark Stevenson at o2 Head of Customer Retentions there but dont have his exact email address to contact him . Thanks

    ive been with o2 for over 5 yrs now,

    my contract ran out in aug - i was on £20/month 500 mins, 500 txt,
    not renewed since then and have been paying £35/month

    rang up on w/e for retention deal, and was offered

    750 mins
    750 txt
    18month contract
    refurb N95
    £100 cashback

    should have got the phone today, but its not arrived so rang o2 back.
    got a reply, they have not got any refurbs left so cant honour deal? was relly annoyed, they said best they can do is £25/month deal if i want a phone, or go onto SIMPLICITY deal which is:

    600mins, 1000txt
    no contract (so no phone)
    £25/month

    i have taken this as i will call back and see if N95 REALLY IS OUT OF STOCK?

    anybody else not got their refurb N95, or am i being "simpled" ???

    :confused: I have been waiting for more than a week for the N95 refurb. But I was told I will get it. There should be new stock today.

    Called again just now and found out that N95 Refurb was out of stock.
    But the chap offered me a brand new N95 as replacement:T .

    hi POLLYALOY...who did u ring to get the new N95? CS or retentions ?also did u still get the £100 cashback which u get if u take the refurb N95 ?if so u got a really good deal, let m know as I will ring back and see what they say to me? thanx

    I rang 08000288151. this is the direct number for retention.
    Yes, I kept my whole deal except the phone:j from refurb to new. So still have £100 in my account.

    well I rang them up again. and guess what, as I accepted the simplicity deal, the original offer of a n95 refurb and cashback was not available .really annoyed I argued ( very politely tho) as the young lady was nice on the other side.she said no notes were left stating what was offered to me. so I repeated the offer and I guess she realized I was annoyed so she offered it to me again but a new N95-8gb Tho NO CASHBACK ! she said she cudnt offer cash back as its an expensive phone and she would ge into trouble.I didn't argue with her and accepted it.lets hope it arrives this time...After 35 mins on the fone to o2,

    wow... an 8gig n95. R u sure its the new black n95 8 gig? or is it a normal nokia n95 with 8gb card.

    AFAIK, o2 was going to start the new black n95 8gig sometime in january.

    oh no, please dont say that ! i was assured it was the black N95 8gb phone, and i double checked it would be here. she said within 1-3 working days, so i guess by tuesday...

    ... im not too fussed about the 8gb version as its oretty much the same as n95-1 ( afaik ? ), i would have prefered the £100 cash back.

    ... just hope it arrives and its not a repeat of the first attempt! i dont want to have to do this all over again!?

    i wonder if polyalloy has got his new n95?
