O2 upgrades say K810i is out-of-stock today, but I can find it in online and it is available. Is the stocks different for new customers and upgrades?.
However, does anyone know when I can callback to get K810i. O2 say it is normally atleast 7 days. Do I need to wait that long?.0 -
Hi everyone
I'm renewing my contract and just got offered 600mins and 400 texts for £20 a month with a £75 bill credit if i kept my old phone. Is that good? Can you blag free insurance off them even if your phone a year old?

600 mins and 400 txts for £20 is very good if it is on 12 mth contract.
You may be able to get N73 or a equivalent fone free on that tariff, which is worth way more than £75 bill credit.0 -
Just rang O2 cancellations, didn’t bother asking to upgrade and asked for my PAC code, he asked why said that “I was in town on Saturday and saw an offer with Orange for 400 minutes/750 texts, free N95, memory card, 18 month contract for £25 per month. He said “well what If I offer you 400 anytime/network mins, 1000 texts, free N95, memory card, 18 month warranty, 3 months free insurance, 18 month warranty on the phone for £30”

Rang back and argued that I wanted 12 months, result!:beer:0

Also just rang O2 (annual barter!) and was offered 750xNet mins and 750 SMS for £20/month with a free Motorola RIZR Z8. Then, I checked and was told this would be an 18 month contract (only want 12 months) - in which case they'd reduce the mins to only 400 and 400 SMS. Said was possibly interested in their original deal but only on a 12 month contract - annoying O2, might loose me! As another tactic, I requested my PAC - do I stand any chance now??0

Dan, ring that number above and straight out ask for your pac code:beer:0

Hey there
I did request my PAC after the guy could not do what I wanted on a 12-month contract - said I'd have it within 48 hours. Thing is - I'd stay with them for their initial offer but only on a 12 month ... do I stand a chance in hell? LOL!0 -
Ring back and just keep trying mate:beer:0
