  • Just phoned to upgrade my phone - last year i was on 12 months, 500 mins 500 texts for £20 a month. I wanted a new phone ideally but the best offer they gave me was to have the same contract (500 mins / 500 texts) with £100 bill credit but no new phone. This is for 12 months so my monthly bill is now £11.66 a month. Not bad really!!

    Hi :)

Some very useful info Guys, I am looking to upgrade from N91 on O2 now my 12 month contract is up, would like to stay with o2 currently paying 1/2 price retention deal I negotiated last year of £15 a month (should be £30) for 500 any network min & 100 txts rolling over for 1 month on a 12 month contract.

Would like to get same deal or so with N95 for as little as possible
does anyone know the best deal atm for the N95 on 02?

    Much appreciated

    Cheers
    Turbotrance :)

    Just got

    Keep existing phone
200 mins + 200 txt for £30 pcm with £360 cashback by 3 claims within 60 days of bill and a txt reminder from CPW that I need to claim.

OK I guess I could have got free 12 month elsewhere with a clearance phone if I had been prepared to risk 5 claims in 30 days AND other providers losing the paperwork etc. CPW are good payers [poss the best]

for those who took the discount 500 tariff, the 20% off line rental only works for 1 mth then the system automaticallykicks it off as its an old tariff. so you therefore have to ring every mth and argue till ur blue in the face to get it put bk on thatmth

Can you tell where you got this offer from?.. I can't find in CPW online.

Not online - I phoned to cancel and was talked out of it with this deal.

I got the bit about getting a text to tell me when to claim cashback wrong.

I will get a text to tell me my clam has been received
    - but I do continue to be able to use 0845, 0844, 0870 as part of monthly allowance.
