Thats over 18 months, you can have it over 12 months but you would get 400 Anytime X Net Mins and No Free Calls or Free Texts offer Sat/Sun/Mon.
In all honesty I think an 18 month contract is far better value, you can still upgrade your phone after 12 months.0 -
are you sure you can still upgrade after only 12 mths?
Their terms say you can not upgrade to a new handset until the end of the minimum contract term?Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -

Theyre not as good as they used to be. In all the years ive been with them ive always had half price line rental and a free message bolt on when ive upgraded yet this yr they dont seem to care about keeping your custom
There also the most expensive network around i find especially for data, 8mb for £13!!!!! Orange do 30mb for £8 and vodafone 150MB FOR £7.50!!!!! Also dont do very good tariffs, personally i dont think u can beat orange or vodafones 500 mins n unlimited texts for £35 a mth. O2 wud give u 500 mins n 500 txts for that
MMMMMM, why am i staying with o2
what orange actually impies but unlimited txt is 2000.....as per fair usage policy.........u get what is called the long weekend minutes (2000) or msgs(2000) ..........from o20 -

but anyways o2 is contsly on the normal data tariffs but u can have unlimited data bundle for around £15 from o20 -
absolute rubbish! lol
I rang 08456060618 and they were no help at all so my PAC number is being sent to me!!
Im currently on 500 mins & 500 texts for £25 month that i got last year (should have been £35 as they said they could not action the online 500 tariff anymore but gave me it for £35 - £10 month goodwill gesture).
My bills have been £40 - £55 month for past 8 months.
All they said they could offer me was 400 mins and 1000 texts for £35 month on 18month contract! £30 on 24month contract!
They kept telling me to get a sim only deal as they are the best at the moment - 400 mins & 1000 texts for £20 month only problem is i need a new phone and would prefer a 12month contract.
I tried ringing back later but the person on the phone could see i had already asked for my pac code so was just as unhelpful!
Any ideas on what i could try next? cheers.
As u see its all 18mnths around.....myself got 4 contracts with diff companies...so no way out of that.........
guess for £35 u can get the long weekends or if you r a online customer can have 750min with 100txt and the long wekend option...and a good phone...0 -
Called O2 today (my contract ends on Aug 2nd) and I was transferred to retention and I was offered N73 ME for £15/mth with 250 mins and 100 txts with free voicemail and 1 month rollover. I can't believe I got everything I wanted and so I accepted it.
Please can anyone confirm if there is such a tariff, as I am not able to find that in O2 Online.
Yesterday, I was told N73 ME will be offered to me, but when I called up today they are telling me they can only offer N73 and they never heard of N73 ME. Does anyone know if O2 offers N73 ME?.0
