I was today offered, without any bargain, W880i or N73 free and £25/mth for 12 months with 500 mins and no txts.

I got 500 mins and 100 txts last time for £17.50/mth for 12 mths with w810i for free.

Does anyone think I could get a better offer this time. I would prefer N73, £15/mth and atleast 200 mins/50txts.

    Debt-free and Proud!
I called for my PAC and got told its with you in 48hrs - they never even tried, not that I wanted them to anyway, in 1999 customer care WAS superior ( they even wrote off a contract I disputed was sent back to the retailer that went bust much later that year, 9 months after return they demended proof of return or a 350.00 bill for full settlement, i told them the account never had a chargable call which they checked and wrote the debt off with no proof of return ) nowadays its chaos, I vow never to use o2 again, mind you genie/o2 Online deals used to be something - now its the worst of the lot, PAC here goodbye good riddence
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

Part of the Furniture 100 Posts Name Dropper
Posters on other forums are saying that o2 are currently offering excellent retentions sim only tariffs (e.g. 3000 any time mins, 3000 texts, for £35/month).
Can anybody confirm these offers exist?

this is the new simplicity tariff which were released on 29th june but i believe will be advertised from 2nd july.

    if you upgrade with a handset then it's a 24month contract and £50pm, on a 18month contract it's £60pm and 12month contract it's £75 or £80pm (cant remember the figure for 12mth)

    Hi

Get the same phones and tariffs as new customers when you upgrade

    Plus something extra

Remember those happy days when you got your new mobile, with an amazing new tariff? Well now with O2 the honeymoon period never has to end. As an existing customer, we’ll keep offering you the same great deals on handsets and tariffs that new customers get, as well as O2 Treats every month. It’s all because we reward loyalty.

    That is laughable.

It is laughable and i mentioned this to them all 4 times i tried haggling a deal with them. They kepy saying the o2 treats u get are the something extra! Joke really, as new customers get them after 6 mths. So whats their reward for loyal customers like me whos been with them all my mobile phone life.
