also i forgot to mention that they've also removed all 0845/0870 numbers from the inclusive allowance which up until 2 weeks ago were included in your mins.. (just another way to swindle you for your cash without you knowing..)

admittedly i might be acting a bit harsh as the one im on is very good. As i got it before the price hike of couple weeks ago i get 1000mins any network off peak(inc. 0870/0845 numbers)/500 texts on 12 month contract for only £25/month.

To be honest that deal is best i've seen overall for anything but i'm curious to know what the corresponding deal was 4 months before that, as i've pointed out above the deals only seem to get worse.. was the online leisure 25 (my current plan) had more mins and texts last year or was it actually just online leisure 20 (£20/month line rental)?

I don't know when i am due for an upgrade but i hear you can do it 6 months into your contract rather than waiting till the end. personally i'd like to stay on what i am on as it seems like a great deal but are ppl who are upgrading right now are they offering you the exact same tariff you are on now with a discount on line rental?

I can imagine o2 trying to pull a fast one on me when i upgrade as i want to retain what I have now mins/texts wise inc. the 0870/0845 numbers in my allowance, get a new free phone of my choice and have a discount on my line rental at least or better yet, all of what i've said previously plus more mins and texts. but that seems unrealisitc without them actually sticking you on some new plan ie one of those currently on the o2 website but with discounted line rental making you think you're getting a better deal but you're not..

Has anyone recently upgraded from their online leisure 25 (1000mins off peak/500 texts) within the last few days/weeks?

what were the typical offers you were getting?

Has anyone managed to get this o2 upgrade I've been reading on this thread, the one which is 500mins/500 texts for £25/month (i assume discounted from £35/month) on a 12 month contract specifically with a free n95?

I'm trying to upgrade now but I really want to get something incredible contract wise.

I think its unlikley but I'm looking for 500 mins/500 texts on 12 month contract at £25/month including long weekends for the whole duration of the 12 months. (usually long weekends on 12 month contracts only last for 6 months..) with a free n95 or one for up to £20.

has anyone managed to do this in the past few days or weeks?

I've be very impressed if they have.

What's the number to cancel an online contract? I've got the number for upgrades but I don't want to upgrade.

  • oooppppsss forgot that

    £35 a month.

Figured with the cashback it was the best deal on that phone anywhere. And you get your cahsback from the company.
