Phone O2 retention this afternoon mention going to leave O2 and join CPW O2. The girl say because I did not spend enough even cannot offer me Motorola V3xx free of charge??
Actually she ask me she phone back on this sunday 8 April because my contract finish at 8 May.
Already send record delivery to cancellation department. Not sure will I get a good deal or not. My average spending is around 32.
PS I have three options
1) O2 Xda Orbit
2) Motorola V3xx
3) go to e2save sim only contract cashback deal on o2 250 tariff coz I always need to use 0844 and 0800 number0 -
looks like o2 are playing hardball with the cheaper users.
I was on 200 mins 500 txts for 14.99 and they wanna "upgrade me" by charging me an extra £5 for fewer minutes. They were gonna give me the k800i free though.
I'll ring back in a few days and ask em to dispatch my pak code and see if that helps.
I did quote the 3 direct texter package and the tmob flext £15 tariffs but they werent having it.
I'd like to stay as they service is good, but if they arent prepared to REWARD me for my loyalty im off!

What good offers can I give as an example? I'm on the Online 50, 50 anytime mins 200 texts tariff and am only paying about £20/month0

i was on this tariff last year and they reduced it by a fiver as i didnt take a phone off em. to be honest you should take a look at the big 3. Three, voda and orange, but to be honest, voda and orange dont have any tarriffs under £20 and the nicer phones are expensive, so you should just quote summut with more mins. If youre after a new phone they'll only give you one of their "free" ones as opposed to a newer model...
if youre on a 12 month contaract maybe the flext £15 tarriiff is a good comparrison, or the 3 £15 a month for ever.
If you go through quidco youll earn £70 in cash0 -

shades, thats an awesome deal
I just phoned retentions and asked about then n95, some very rude woman who kept interupting me said the only way i could get it free was to go on a £50 a month deal!!
I also said i spend quite alot, over £40 avg. she said no, your avg is about £30! which is a complete lie, i said i wasn't interested then, checked my bills after the call and my avg bill is £42.50.. the cheek!0 -
Managed to renew with an N95 on a 18 Month Contract 400 Mins & 100 Txts for £30/Mth. Phone cost is £129.99 but get £100 Cash Back.
Was on O2 250 at £35/Mth so save a fiver a month and extra 150 mins and phone for £30. Result IMHO just now need to break it to the wife as it's her contract!!!Cheers

just call again you'll probly get someone else.
Ive called twice now and the process has now become a QUEST.
Im gonna grind em down until i get what i want.
They wanna switch me to and 18 month contract and charge me an extra fiver a month. (thats an extra £90) for the k800i.
T-Mob flext will let me have the phone for 19.99 although i have to switch to an 18 month deal....still its £60 less. and as long as the cash is in my pocket and not theirs, thats what counts0 -
The best O2 seem to be offering me for an N95 is:
£28 Per Month
600 Calls
400 Texts
£129.99 for the Phone
Any ideas how to get this better, seeing what offers some others on here have recived? I have tried all of the PAC code ideas etc....0 -
With regards to calling back and trying to get someone else - advisors leave notes on your account detailing exactly what you asked for and what you were offered - so they will know you are 'at it'?:staradmin:staradmin:staradmin:staradmin:staradmin0
