  • Thanks for the info drew/apex.

I feel a little bad now having negotiated a good deal for the last 2 years. From what you've said it backs up the fact that if you call a number of times, you'l be quoted different offers, as staff will all have different targets to meet.

One more question, I get a £15 discount each month off a £25 tarriff, and was offered this for another 12 months which i accepted. Am i likely to get offered this discount next year automatically? Or will it depend on targets etc?

I just renewed my contract with O2 -

Got for 15 per month - 200 min and 900 texts and the SE w950i for 99 pounds

I can sell my w810i on ebay and make up the 99 pounds there? - Was this a good deal, cause I have 14 days to cancel. Or should I rather have taken the N73 for 99.99 or w850i for 49.99

    Any help would be appreciated!

lol...superb!! Better chairs is always a plus!!

Is this Vision thing going to be applicable to the business retention team.. The reason I ask is that my account has been moved from consumer to business to take advantage of the better tariff deals and I would like to phone up and hopefully get the same kind of discounts as I did with the consumer dept when my contract is up?
