Ive always been interested in o2 upgrades/retentions. Without going into too much detail, how does the commission work for you?

If you give out a really good deal for the customer to keep them is that bad for your stats/commission ?

Hey just read this last page, nice info Apex, nice to have some inside knowledge.

I got a business contract where I get free calls after 7pm and weekends all day and I pay £5 exc VAT per month but my bill hits £30+ all the itme.

I saw this retention post on the first page and was interested. I would like to spend around £15 for 500 mins and probs a few texts. 500mins is enough for me and cannot do with cashback nor another network, will stick with o2.

Any help? Have I lost the plot or somehting?
Help because my bill for this month is at £33 and still got 4 days to go!!!!

Hello. I just rang and they offered me 500 mins and 500 text for £25 with a sony erricson k610i or £100 credit to my account. Don't know if it's good as there are many cashback deals around at the moment. Has anybody got any thoughts on this phone. Cheers
