    Hi Lara,

O2 do some offers for PAYG customers, I think one of the best ones is where they will give you 500 X Network Mins per month for £23.50 if your thinking of leamving to go to the 3 network.. No Free Texts though!!

Thanks. We've asked for PAC number because you have to have this apparently to transfer to a contract if you want to keep your number. O2 said they would ring today to give the number  but no call received. We aren't allowed to take on new phone/contract until we have it:(.

Best one we've seen is O2 online via Quidco to one of the phone companies...................:). 250 mins and 100 texts double for first three months and line rental half price for 9 months?? Sorry can't remember atm!

Just go straight to Retentions 0870 600 7102, remember though as your a PAYG customer you won't get the Discount 500 tariff with the Free Texts as this has to be on a pay monthly tariff, however you will probably get the Call500 Bolt on which gives 500 X Network Anytime Any Network mins

I went through to Redemptions this afternoon re PAYG. Was told to call 0870 678678 and speak to PAYG CS as they were the only ones that could help.

Spoke to a bloke called Jimmy who said they didn't have much to offer as PAYG transferring to contract were actually classed as newbies. He offered me 400mins/200 text for first 6 months for £30 pm plus SE w800i for extra £50. (sons wants this phone!). I tried to get a better deal from him but he said he couldn't give me anything else. So I got PAC number and am looking into everything available again as some of the offers have changed from last week:(.

If I were you I'd still have a go tomorrow..........it is another day and you'll most likely get a different CS. Let us know how you get on. My son also wants to stay with O2 because all his friends are with them.
