Said 3 had contacted me and bettered their offer.
Now getting 250 mins (my usage is low), 600 free texts which rollover, free Samsung E900 being despatched tomorrow and all for bargain price of £15 per month from O2
:T
Certainly pays to think about it and ring and try and get lower.
congrats:T

O2 in my view are by far the best company they include 0870 & 0845 numbers in the inclusive minutes and free texts from Europe and I believe they are now allowing you to receive calls whilst abroad with no charge. This is a significant saving on other providers. Unless someone knows different0 -

i've been with 02 for 3 yrs.
YEAR 2 they offered me 500 mins and 100 txts £12.50 a month + nokia 8800, was offered this deal i was a high spending customer
now i'm getting offered
YEAR 3 500 mins and 500 txts sony w850i for free 12 months contract with free upgrade after 9 months.
What does everyone else think, should i go on a cashback deal, or stick with 02 on this current offer.
initially they offered me 650 mins 100 txts £27.50 a month and i still had to pay for the sony ericson k800i. i rang today to get a pac code and was surprised at thier new offer.:money: i allways wondered how every one put a message here, MY LIFE IS NOW COMPLETE!!!0 -

how much per month?0 -
sorry the new deal will cost me £17.50 a month for 500 mins and 500 txtx, i can get the sony k800i w850i and some other phones for free, initially the retentions lady said i would have to pay for the phone £49.00.
i declined the offer as i was thinking about going on a cash back offer, but now i'm confused. i think i should stick with 02 on this new deal they offering me, it s for 12 months and i can upgrade again in 9 months, the only problem is both phones are out of stock at the moment, this happened to me last year i waited 3 months for the nokia 8800. they won't give me the 8800 again this yr, which phone sells for more oney on ebay, k800i or w850i?? or is thier a better 1 i should ask for, my contract runs out on the 11/11/06.:money: i allways wondered how every one put a message here, MY LIFE IS NOW COMPLETE!!!0 -
thats a pretty good offer from them. Im not sure that there are any really good cash back deals on those phones atm. have a look around.
Look at completed listings on ebay for rough prices0 -
I tried this out on Monday but initially got absolutely nowhere on my current £19 a month tariff. I stated that I could go to Orange and get a free Nokia N73 with 75mins and 600 texts for £25 a month but they would not budge. The most they would offer me was a free bolt on of an extra 400 texts a month, and if I wanted the N73 it would cost me £179.99 (available on a new contract for £59.99)!!
I asked for my PAC and they said no problem!!!
I then decided to send an email to Customer Services complaining about the fact that new customers were treated much better than long standing ones. I copied the email to the directors office as well.
I received an email reply a few hours later from customer Services stating that they were sorry they could not assist me but if I wanted to cancel my contract at the end of my current contract to simply reply!
About an hour later I received a phone call from the Directors office with a very different approach. They apologised for any inconvenience caused and stated that since i had quoted a valid and verifiable offer from another company the customer advisor should have agreed to match it! The guy also stated that they were trying to push this to Customer Services so that business would not be lost!! He asked if I was happy enough to stay if I got the N73 or did I require ANYTHING else to keep me with O2.
End result - I have a new free Nokia N73 on the way to me on my current tariff. The Daily Mail
