umm just the iPhone 3G i think, she didnt specify, anyone tried haggling this deal i got offered with the iPhone?? (Mum doesn't like the £35 - prefers £20 below lol)

On the iPhone 3g, I wouldn't take it, that phone is over 1 and a half years old.... tell them you'll leave if they don't give you the 3gs.

If it was me, I'd wait until summer for the new iPhone

So can you pick and choose what iPhone you want and how you much you want to pay on your contract?

No, you cant pick and choose so to speak. However, if you get the 3gs you may not get such a good contract.

However, £35 per month on 3gs is not unrealistic, £35 per month on a 3g is a rip IMO.
  • alright, thanks

How long were you in your previous contract with T-Mobile? Do you have to take the phone and perhaps have no phone and get slightly more minutes?
If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)

Not sure why you asking this.

I was with t-mobile for 12 months. £30 combi tarriff. this was my personal contract not business, therefore didnt need lot of minutes.

after i upgraded i got "transfer of ownership to my company" and now i get 100 mins 100 txt plus 1 booster for £4.25 + VAT a month. now cant really complain, can i ?

  • Apple has restrictions on the iPhone tariff. You can only get better deals if you ask for a refurb iPhone which you can't get through T-Mobile/Chitter Chatter (I think)

Has anyone managed to get a good retetions deal for the HTC Desire yet, I'm looking to get the Desire on 18 months, 300 mins, £25 pm but unwilling to pay £95 for handset, any ideas??

I've been with t-mobile since 2003, out of contract for 2 years been on crappy tariff 700 off peak mins for t-mobile/landline for around £15 pm, I get bills of around £20 per month but in the past (well a few years ago) I have had bills of £80-100 pm
