I'm after the Satio on T-Mobile. Has anyone managed to get a decent offer with this phone?

I spoke to the Upgrade team at T-Mob twice, and all I was quoted were the standard tariffs that are available to anybody on their website.

I told them that I deserved a better deal having been a customer for ten years, but got nowhere.

Hmm..I've been offered a free phone on a £25pm contract, basically save paying £35 for the phone if I compare it to their website.

I haven't commited to it as yet

Just spoke to the "thinking of leaving" team.

Got a decent-ish deal offered, no handset, 300 mins, 300 texts, unlimited internet, 24 months at £10/month inc vat.

    I think I'll take it.

Was that your first offer? Its getting closer when i can ring up and find out what they will offer me =D am excited, really want to get the £5 300 mins unlimted tx deal. Last year all i got was a reduced bill by £5 and a phone which i think is rubbish considering they only wanted to offer me a free phone and £30 month contract. Will definitely ring up a couple of times to see whats the best deal i can get with them.

Did anyone else go from £25 a month to £5 a month or is £10 the best reduction anyone got? x

It wasn't the first offer, I had the poor fellow on the phone for over half an hour. I very much needed the unlimited internet, and wasn't too bothered about the texts, I might have been able to get an offer of unlimited texts if I'd persevered.

Just wondered every time they offer a deal to you do they make a note on your account? Like if you wanted to think about it, and then call them back the next person you would speak would they know that deal was offered to you or not?

I have been with tmobile for 1 year and I called yesterday and got offered

    Sim only 12mth contract
    600min
    350txts
    Unlimted internet

Initially for £15per month but then after I said I was offered £5 deal a month back she agreed to give it to me for £5.

They are offering "boosters" for internet or texts and I got the one for the internet. But interestingly she said I would need to ring up every 30 days to keep the booster - anybody else get that?

I can just imagine it now... ring back in 30 days and speak to someone who doesn't have a clue what you are talking about and says you were only on a "one month free trial" and if you want to keep it it'll be an extra £5 a month

Have already requested the cancellation of my T-Mobile line as the offers had been very poor. Just called up one last time to see if there was any better offers available on the N86. All they offered me was the N86 on a normal price plan. Seem quite happy to lose customers now.
