am on flex 40 paying £20 per month. Called them and asked for my PAC key, then was offered for solo 15 at £5 per month for 18 months...... I did not accept it though since I was definite I will be leaving them soon.....0

they couldn't have put you on a solo 15 for 18 months, as the plan is a sim only plan so it's a 30day contract. Thats a strange one that they said that.........

It is half price yea, but you'll lose your unlimited texts and only get 400, and have to pay for the internet as your getting it free as a promo.
So it would work out, £17.50 per month with 600 mins (the 700 is a promo as well as it was originally 600 but put up due to other networks offers) 400sms, and your internet (which is usally an extra £5 if part of your plan, £7.50 as an extra).

Today is 30 days before the end of my 18 month contract... T-Mobile are meant to be calling me to discuss my upgrade options.
I'm currently on Flext 35 with a 25% go direct discount, and also £15/month off as I didn't take a new phone last time. I also pay £6.50/month for W&W.
I've worked out that in the 17 months of my contract, i've spent £1500, mostly due to roaming as I travel a lot with work.
I'd like to keep this deal going, with the discounts, and with free W&W as offered with new Flext 35 deals, and also a E71 or N96 for free or as near to free as I can get....
What do you think my chances are, fellow moneysavers?
I got myself an iPhone from O2 this week, as I was prepared to finish the T-mobile contract and switch, but i'm not sure I like it, so will probably send it back before the 14 day cool off period ends...1st letters received on 16.02.07 for HSBC, Goldfish, Tesco, RBoS & Lloyds TSB0 -
if you spend that much you are likely to get a good deal, although you may need to phone through to retentions.0

So, i've been offered an N96 for free, on flext 35 for £21/month - apparently, i'm a high value customer! I am tempted, but wish they'd add my W&W for that price, so far they've only offered if free for 6 months. Do you think they'd add it for free if i wait until the end of the 18 month contract?1st letters received on 16.02.07 for HSBC, Goldfish, Tesco, RBoS & Lloyds TSB0 -
High value tend to have a spend of about £300 odd quid in new handsets, Dunno if its still like that0

well my contract has finished and they still wont offer me anything that is even worth considering. nokia n96 £400+!
iv been with them ages, and the guy even said to me its just because of the 'f&f' discount. its not worth getting rid of the discount just for a cheaper upgrade. he said try again in a few months but i doubt much will change.
minimum charge is £75 on any phone.
but he did confirm that you keep the 'f&f' discount if you change tarriff.0 -
