I'm in a similar boat, contract expires on 25th next month. Currently on Flext20+W&W (£27.50 pm - 25% discount = £20.62) which tbh is probably enough for me - not a heavy user. But I have a Vario and LOVE it, so I was looking to get the VarioII (or SPV M700, or XDA Trion etc)
I just rung T-Mobile to find out what my best upgrade options are and she lady offered me the same tariff for another 18m at £10.62pm if I keep my current phone (so another £10 discount off my already discounted price.) I also asked how much to upgrade the handset to the new VarioII and she quoted me £150, but have to continue paying £20.62pm.
Very tempted to take the £10+pm offer......0 -

I doubt it. Its available to new customer for £39.99 on the flext35 plan, so i doubt they will give it free. Ring up and ask. If you get someone in a generous mood they might. My guess is they will let you keep your discount but want the £39.99 for the phone.0 -
thats not to bad id just like to know what i may be able to get before i phone thanks0

Well, I just requested a PAC code explining about an offer, on dial a phone (w880i free, ipod nano free, £30 a month with £95 cashback) no offer to match it, beat it or anything else, but very courteous and pleasant, gave me the code straightaway without wasting too much time!0

I think anyone who is currently on the 25% discount is highly unlikely to get the Nokia N95 without losing the discount. Four people I've dealt with now from T Mobile and they all say the same, no way way I can retain the discount and have the phone for free, not even £40, they want double figures for it.
I'd love to hear if anyone is successful!0 -
same here they said 40 for phone but lose my discount0

Interesting thread.
My contract runs out in December.
Currently pay £25 Flext for £60 +£20 free = £80 pm credit plus £7.50 for W&W. Total £32.50
No complaints about service, coverage etc all the years I've been with them, and looking to go with Virgin Media, as I already get cable, phone and broadband off them, so might be able to wrangle a good deal.
Not too concerned about new phone as I have a Sony Ericsson I am happy with.
Roll on December......looks like I'll be leaving T-Mobile after many years with them since the One2One days:):)
