Hi folks, I'd be grateful for you advice. I have asked for my pac code in hope of a retention offer. Missed 1 phone call from them. (day after I cancelled) Its been 1 week and I've received the formal letter with the pac code. Is it worth waiting or should I just move on? (20 days left on Pac Code)
Thanks

i upgraded through buymobilephones.net as they were giving a rubbish deal direct, 1gb/3gb allowance doesnt come into question as its an upgrade so you are put on the 3gb automatically. I was a low spender combi £15 i got 600 mins untld texts and 3gb net for £21.25 after loyalty discount 24 months free galaxy s, so i would suggets upgrading through buymobilphones.net or chitter chatter0 -
just to let you guys know. I tried to get them to knock down their unlimited calls on the iphone deal down to 45 per month to match the tesco deal rather than the 60 advertised. they wouldn't budge. i dont think you can negotiate iphone contracts0

My T-Mobile contract is due up on 29th October.
I'm just wondering how soon I can give my notice to cancel, and whether this can be done over the phone ?
Thanks in advance,0 -
Hi Guys,
I tried upgrading to the HTC Desire with T-Mobile directly but they wouldn't budge from £30 pm although they did offer me the Wildfire for £10. I had seen someone recommend trying to upgrade via buymobilephones.net so thought I would give them a try.
They offered me the Desire for £15pm (only 100 mins,100 texts but enough forme usually). The phone came yesterday and almost immediately it updated to the latest Android 2.2 (Froyo).
And the phone is great !!!0 -

You can cancel anytime but you will have to pay the charges up until the day the contract expires (line rental) You might aswell just wait until the due dateIt's Britney !!!!!!:T0 -

Thanks for the reply.
You don't need to give notice to cancel with T-Mobile ?

I'm on friends and Family and they offered me a iphone 4 for free for £30 a month on a 24 month tariff, I'm on a 12 month tariff so want to stick with.
They then offered me a Samsung Galaxy S for £70, on my current tariff (£21 after discount is applied), and a Desire for £20.
I phoned up upgradeexperts and they offered me the Galaxy S for £40! Not bad for a £21 a month tariff, on a 12 month contract!
I usually end up getting very good deals via upgrades...0
