Hold on a sec folks. It looks like you haven't read what I wrote.
My partner phoned them up on several occasions asking them why our bills were so high. They never told us about FLEXIBLE BOOSTERS eg unlimited landline calls and unlimited calls to other tmobiles for £4.35 each. My partner doesn't really use the internet, so she never did her own research. But now that I've taken the reigns, I've realised that paying an extra tenner a month would drive our bills down by nearly a hundred pounds a month. Why couldn't they have told her about the flexible boosters when she was asking how to drive the costs down? Because they looked at the payment history and saw that here was a woman who could afford large bills and they wanted to keep the money coming through. Cynical !!!!!!!s. No way are we staying with T-Mobile unless the compensate us for their greed.
Flexible boosters came about in last year I believe and were only available to new contracts. So depending upon when she phoned, they might not have been available.
You might also want to check if you are paying for voicemails - they are not free on t-mobile.0 -

Lit up, I'm on a similar price plan, over the years they have given me discounts so I'm paying just under £11 per month, this has been reduced due to not getting phone upgrades but taking a discount instead.
As you seem to be able to afford the price of your bills i recommend you find out when you can upgrade, if they can offer you a good deal then stay, if not leave and go to a competitor, the amount you have been paying in bills could easily get you a iphone 4 contract with high minutes (check the price plan guide on this site).
When you spoke to T-mobile they should have given you advice regarding your questions but they failed to do so to keep their profit margins high...maybe you need a service provider that has better customer service. Look around at tariffs i think three has some of the best deals however not sure of the service.
Three has their 'One plan'
iPhone 4
16GB Black
24 months
£45 a month
Plus £0 iPhone cost
Includes:
2000 any network minutes
5000 texts
5000 Three-to-Three minutes
1GB Internet
Good luck0 -
I've been offered a free htc wildfire, 300 mins / txts, unlimited internet (well 3gb a month) and free calls to landlines. Will be calling back later to accept. This is on a 24 month contract btw.
Edit : forgot to say got this for £10 a month.0 -

Thanks for the info. reckon i could try and just get them to give me their 60 per month deal for 45 pounds? that's a free iphone, unltd calls, 500 texts, 1gb internet, 24months for 45 rather than the usual 60.
OR... It's interesting that you've got the flext35 down to £11 a month rather than 35... I could try and get them to discount me the price of the allowance to 11 whilst maintaining the allowance... then use my own boosters on top whilst buying the phone myself. what do you reckon?0 -
