  • I called up t mob and picked the ‘leave t mobile’ option got put through to a lovely operator who did the whole ‘have you seen any phones you like because we could offer lalalala’

I said the desire he offered 900 minutes, unlimited text, internet and t mob to t mob calls for £22.50 would be normally be £30 but because of my loyalty he’d give me £7.50 discount.

I’ve already got a £15 discount on my current line which I’ve carried over two contract and asked why that didn’t apply, then he looked out the wildfire on my current plan and said I could have that free for £5 with a 24 month contract.
I was paying £25 before for 300 minutes, 300 text, free t mob to t mob calls and unlimited internet, for the exact same and a new phone i'm now paying £5 so dead chuffed.

I renewed my boyf contract to so he gets a new desire for £25 a month, he was paying £30. He's on a flex tariff getting £180 credit inc use of 08 numbers, free off peak evening and weekend calls, and unlimited internet.

    both are 24 month contracts

I have been due for an upgrade for a couple of months and the online upgrade offers were RUBBISH, all of them with a charge for the handset and not including the Wildfire.

I was on a discounted flex 25 and very rarely used half of the £60 allowance. I phoned up and went through to Retentions. I was offered the Wildfire free with a £15pm with 300 mins, 300 texts, unlimited internet and flex booster (I chose free landline calls). I'm very happy with this new deal.

Was this deal on an 18 or 24 month contract?

Has anyone been offered any good deals if they are still on a 12 month contract with friends and family? I just phoned upgrades and have been told I can only get a premium handset (galaxy s, desire) if change to a 18 month contract

Swish deal compared to my Free Wildfire/300min/300tex/unlimited internet @£15/month for 24 months. But hey, I'm a new customer. How long have you been with T Mobile for?

Why do you need Blackberry services for the Wildfire?

    Hi TTO

Been with t-mobile for about 10years. Spent the last few years paying about £50 a month on the flext 35 plan and not really using it. I have no interest in the HTC wildfire and i'm more than happy with my blackberry, hence why i'm keeping the bb services. I intend to sell the phone on ebay for hopefully £200-£250. This should hopefully bring my net spend (over 24months) to under £200 i.e a monthly line rental which suits my needs for between £6 and £8.

    i'm quite pleased actually :j

  • Okays, compared to some here, my new deal isn't too good, but I'm very happy with it!

    I was on Sim Only - £5 a month, 100mins/100txts/free landline calls.

    I'm now getting 100mins/100txts/free landline calls/free unlimited internet, plus a HTC Wildfire for £9 a month (24months!).

I'm off to collect my phone from local store now, as when I rang up, they had none in stock! Am very happy/excited!

£9 per month? Sounds pretty good to me - the average for that handset seems to be around £15-£20 per month.

How did you get them to offer that deal? Was there a charge for the handset or was it free?
