I just got Sim only 300 mins, 300 texts for £5.50 a month for 12 months. They also gave me the broadband all rounder package at £6.25 a month for 12 months. I had been planning to go to payg and change the broadband elsewhere, but that was enough to keep me an o2 customer

Although not to keen I like Samsung galaxy S2 or Iphone 4S. Has anyone had them on a good deal recently. Does anyone know how much retention discount do they give if i stay on same contract?

Called three times this week on my uncles behalf. Total waste of time.

Wouldn't offer anything besides what's on the website, told them I was going to tesco and they offered me less for double the price, telling me it was the best they could do.

Wouldn't mind, but he's been with them 8 years on a £35 a month tariff and had one phone upgrade to a basic slide Nokia 4 years ago.

I don't expect much of a discount but them at least trying would be nice, or matching what other networks provide.

Sorry for being dum but I have been trying to find the online chat for one hour but cannot. Please can you point in right direction.

If you go to their website and click on the shop area, look at some offers and a pop up comes on offering chat. (If you haven't had it come, maybe you are blocking pop ups?) Tell them you want to extend your contract and can you have the £50 credit too.

Upgraded my Blackberry on Friday to an Iphone 4s. Got a brilliant deal after getting through to the retention/cancellation team. The man I spoke to, John, informed me that I would recieve the phone today (Tuesday 22nd May). So I've waited in all day without recieving a thing. Just spoke to an o2 online guru who has informed me that the phone wasn't even ordered so it'll now be another 3-5 working days until I recieve it.

Firstly, part of the upgrade deal was six months free on a broadband dongle. I recieved this yesterday, so John must of ordered this yet apparently didn't order the Iphone?

Secondly, do you think I should call up again and try and get a better deal using this as an excuse to leave? I know this may seem greedy but I'm in a haggle mood lol.
