No nothing for the phone. I phoned earlier and got offered £27/month for 24 month contract. Called back an hour later for pac code and a different girl offered same deal for 12 months. Edit - It's not unlimited texts but 500/month.0 -
I ordered a Black 16GB iPhone 4S from O2 last Monday (31st October) and have had a text today saying it's going to be delivered on Monday! Yay!
However, I'm now reading about people getting better deals than advertised by phoning up retentions? Am I too late to do this? And realistically what's the best that can happen? I've went for the £41 a month 18 month contract with the All Rounder bolt-on at £6 a month so a total of £47 a month.0 -

Well you could return the phone under their 14 days no quibble plan.. but then there's no guarantee that they would have another 4S to send you out straight away.
It also depends, did you upgrade before the end of your actual contract? If so, you won't get near retentions until your out of contract.:exclamatiTo the internet.. I need to complain about something!0 -
How weird, I have just been onto retentions and after some negotiation I got them down to a price that was worse than I can get by simply logging onto O2 website. They offered me the Xperia Ray for £27 + £55 for the phone for 200 minutes 500mb download etc. When I said that it was cheaper to buy on the website their final offer was the same as the O2 website but with no free headphones. I told them to leave it, is that normal or am I losing it?

Have phoned to get my pac code a few times but they don't seam to be offering any good deals on the iPhone 4s.
I'm looking for a 12 month contract. Don't mind paying for the phone. Any of the 2 deals above would suit me fine. (Have added deals below)
Any advice on how to get either of the deals?
Deal 1
300 mins
free 02 to 02
unlimited txt
500meg data
£300 for the phone.
£27 per month.
Deal 2
£37
12 month contract.
500 mins
02 to 02
unlimited texts
500mb
16gig 4S for £166.0 -
I phoned o2 retentions 2 weeks ago with the intention of getting pac code and moving to Tesco to get iPhone 4S as I thought O2 weren't offering any deals. I was offered 12month contract with 32gb iPhone 4s for £235, 500 minutes, unlimited texts, unlimited landline calls and the all rounder with 500mb for £37/month.
They said iPhones were out of stock with new stock coming daily, delivery would be 3-14 days and came on day 9.0
