Hi,
Try Quidco.... They have discounted plans plus £80 quidco on offer at the moment
Orange
HTC Desire - Free
Panther 30 - £22.50 a month.
Looks like this will save you £120 over the life of the contract.
Or
Dolphin 25 at £17.50 a month. Plus £49.99 for the Handset if you can live with 500MB
Regards
Baz0 -
Brilliant thanks Bazza, just ordered it!0

My wife just left O2 after YEARS with them. All they could offer her were the standard SIM only deals so she went to Orange (fortunately her mobile is unlocked). She got a 12 month £10p.m. sim with, supposedly, £110 cashback with Quidco. Be great if it pays, and is OK if it doesn't. O2 must have their reasons for not wanting to keep customers, but I'm not sure what those reasons would be.0

Contract with O2 due to finish on 14th January so now looking at options. I have an iphone 4 so not looking for a phone.
My O2 BB contract also finishes on January 7th.
O2 Retentions used to offer free BB for a year - anyone know if they would still be likely to do this or have they stopped all deals?
I would only be looking to have a 12 month Simplicity contract if I stayed.0 -
reboxed iphone 4 £32
contract £35 per month (24 month contract)
600 mins
unlimited texts
500 mb data...
is this a good price for an iphone?!
I wish I could stick to my current plan and discount (600 mins, 1000 texts for £20 a month! grrr)0 -
I am only with O2 because I have my broadband with them. Next year I'll most likely move to Tesco and their £10 pm sim only deal.0

My daughters phone has been on the blink for ages so we decided to get her a new one for christmas. We got her a Blackberry Curve 8520 from Argos on PAYG. I had asked O2 if it was ok to switch and put her sim into it. They said it was fine. A couple of days before Christmas I contacted O2 regarding her contract. I knew that I would have to change to a Blackberry Bolt-on. My daghter was on 100 mins with a free text Bolt-on and an internet Bolt-on. I assumed that I would have to pay extra for the switch to Blackberry. I was wrong. They changed the contract there and then to Blackberry. When I checked the account on-line a day later I found that they had done the swap but that the Blackberry Bolt-on was free of charge thereby saving me £7.50 a month. The contract now costs me £15. Quality.
Still think O2 are !!!!

I'm off to three then. I'll take quidco's £106 cash back and get my plan for £25ish overall (£30 without cashback-or just take the cheaper £25 plan to begin with)
Rang up disconnections for the HTC desire was offered for £25pm:
300mins
unlimited texts
500mB data
£18.25 for the handset
all on a 24 month basis. Lucky me!0 -
Is there a direct line for retentions?
I'm on 12 month simplicity, due to run out at end of Feb I pay £10 a month for unlimited texts, unlimited o2 to o2 calls and 300 minutes.
I spotted their 12 month simplicity smart phone deal for £15 a month, unlimited texts, 300 minutes and 500MB of internet/data - went to buy but they have problems with the phone I want and now they tariff isn't available. Went to buy on Monday, tariff taken gone today!
So annoyed, anyone any suggestions?
Also, tesco deal is better but unsure if they will match0 -

It's still there for the iphone ( £15.32 because of increased VAT) - which tariff was it?
