check in a few days that this has gone on as their system throws off these deals as your not meant to have any freebies on 12 month deals
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

Yeah, they didn't want to play at all with the 12 months deals. I told a bit of a lie that Orange had offered me 600 mins and unlimited texts for £25 and that's what they came back with.

Just taken the silver with unlimited web and unlimited landline calls, my balls should be a LOT cheaper now, last 2 have been around the £70 mark.

I will check. But it has been ordered now and I am just waiting for my MAC code from sky.

It was actually after we had finished ordering the new phone that she started talking about "valued customer", "been with us so long", "do you want BB for free?", so after umming and ahhing for 2 mins I said yes..:o

Nothing to do with my last phone bill being £140 quid then eh? :rotfl:

new customers only get the deals advertised on their site or in stores, they wont give the £10 monthly discount to new cstomers which is why they call it a loyalty reward / bonus

    Hi there,

Looking for a bit of advice with my O2 upgrade.

I'm due for upgrade on 19th July, and spoke to them a couple of days ago to have an inital conversation on prices for the handset i want.

The handset i want is Sony Ericsson C902.

I am currently on a tariff which is £20 a month over 12 months and have been on this contract for about 8-9 years.

I understand this a low tariff by todays standards and am fully prepared to move to a £30 per month tariff.

The price they quoted me was £149.99 if i move to £30 per month over 18 months and free if i move to a £40 per month tariff.

Can anyone give me any advice on negotiating a deal and how succesful i am likely to be.
Ideally i want the handset for any price up to £49.99 over 12 months, with it costing no more than £30 per month.

Orange are currently offering it the handset for £19.99 on a £25 per month tariff over 18 months.
