today I was offered 200 mins, 400 texts for £10 month on 18 mths. Either £100 cashback or Nokia 5800. Said I would think about it will ring tomorrow but I bet they'll have no record of this offer and refuse to honour itWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

I have been offered a BB 8900, 1000 txt msgs, 600 mins the unlimited internet at £27.00 for 18 months. I'm not sure why I took this deal as I was on a deal last year for £25 for 12 months with 500 mins and 750 txt msgs.
Phone is being sent to me tomorrow. I think I'm gonna send it back and ask for my PAC. I thnk I need a better deal for them to match though. Any suggestions?0 -
I am currently on
18 months
200 mins
200 texts
£25.00 p/m
Samsung U900 Soul - phone is only 8 months old as I had some major issues with another phone and O2 that resulted in them providing another phone.
I would ideally like even just slight reduction in the bill per month, more mins or a free internet bolt on with a Samsung Tocco Ultra. Does this sound reasonable?
I doubt it counts for anything with them but I have been on O2 since they were branded as BT Cellnet. The number was PAYG way back when but was moved over to contract when I turned 18 nearly 5 years ago. It's been a while!!0 -

I've just got the exact same deal but with a Nokia 5800 for £19.57 a month. Also got unlimited internet on 18 month contract.
Got the phone yesterday. Been a customer with them for around 5 years though if that makes a difference, but I did have to barter to get this.0 -

Anyway, I emailed them this morning adnd asked them to cancel the order and send me my PAC code which they have done.
I'll see if they call me back with an offer. If not, I will try again when the phone is actually out of contract (in 2 weeks time), and see what they offer then. I can wait0 -

I have been with o2 for 5 years on a 12 month contract.... I'm now due an upgrade.
I've just spoke to O2 about what they have to offer, first I asked about the Iphone and they said they offer no discounts on tarriffs for the iphone, everything is bog standard!
Is this true?
So I spoke to retentions about what else there is to offer.
They said if I wanted to stay on the 12 month contract, then the discount I have currently will stop, and I will have to pay £40 a month. (they are trying to get people off 12months)
But if I go for 18months, there is alot more to offer etc, but I really need to decide on a phone first.......
In the meantime they have placed me on a simplicity tarriff for £20.00 - 600 anynetwork minutes - 1000 texts and free data!
Is that good?
It's a bummer about this iphone business, although, I'm not overly bothered about the music side of things, just the technology on the phone and the big, internet friendly screen.
What else is the next best thing? (she said seen as I currently have the c902 phone, that the c903 is out soon)
Thanks0 -

The Nokia 5800 is the closest thing to an iphone.
I'm not particularly interested in mine, though web browsing is good (why I have it), other than that I only call and text!0 -
Has anyone got a upgrade deal including a web bolt on? o2 wont do anything for me and i use the web a lot and o2 have the highest charges for web atm
I accepted the £10 a month with a samsung tocco but am not happy as I had this phone with my last contract (but it broke so exhanged it) so feel i should be offered a more upto date one now as I currently have the soulWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -
