I sold the blackberry bold on ebay for £245 and after ebay fee's etc.. my contract works out to about £2.50 a month.0 -

Sounds like DHL is making a hash up! They're usually very good, I've had 2 phones and both were delivered the next day, and they were only ordered about 8pm the night before! And that's to Northern Ireland as well, so I thought that was fairly good. So in your case , it seems to be that you've got stuck in a position, where it occasionally does go wrong!
Why not go back to O2 and get them to chase it up?Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
