Yes, call Thursday.
In regards to what you're looking for.. bearing in mind that we can't guarantee anything, I'd image that package wasn't easily possible.. You've got 2 FOC bolt ons which isn't common, remove the web and I'd say you've got a decent chance to get that.
Thanks for that MRC,
I really hope I can get both, if they not offered should I just say no and try and hold out until I get it???
I hope that all the O2 peeps on here will just give me it and save me the hassle
I will call tomorrow so should i just call from 202 and ask to be put throught to retentions???
If so what time can I call up to tomorrow night???
Regards

Vodafone finally have the SE W715. Any sign of the W705 on O2?
Hey bagand
I got an offer on the W705 right now.
£20 x 18 months
1000 texts
400 mins
free o2 to o2 calls
BUT NO BOLT ON... kinda gutted about that since i wanted the free web.
I would actually take the W705 right now if it had gps but it doesnt. While the W715 has gps, it isnt free (got to apply for the Vodafone find and go)
I currently dont know if my deal for the W705 is good or not, but i got till monday to decide.
Also, if i manage to get lucky and phone up on monday when the nokia 5800 is in stock. I might ask for an offer on that, (not going to pay more than £25 x 18 months for the nokia)if not... i might stick with the W705 for 18 months.
If you do decide to get the W705, tell me what offer you get.
Good luck :T0 -

They booked my replacement in to be delivered Thursday because that's when i'm home from uni and can actually do a door-stop swap but have had numerous "out of stock" emails. Now been told to ring back tomorrow and see if there's stock.
Lets all hope they have lots of 5800's in stock!
For anyone that works at O2, they said that I can have another phone if the 5800 is out of stock. I'm on the £20 (£15 discount from £35 pm) tarrif. Would i get an iphone recon?
Edit: Oh, and i've had my phone about 20 days now. Is there any way I can get the unlmiited web bolt on added to my account either free or for a reduction? I already have the O2 calls and I want to keep that one, but really dont want to pay £7.50pm for the web bolt on! Not very hopeful, but worth a try...moneysaving an' all that
I am having the same problem reported phone faulty 06/02 doorstep swap was cancelled as no stock. I have phoned around 10 times now and get promised call backs from managers promises i will have it within a few days etc I am getting infuriated now. I have been offered a replacement of another handset but I want a 5800 did ebquire about iphone but was advised they could cancel my contract but would need to go into a store and have a new contract. Can anyone adfvise what I can do they know they have nme over a barrell as I had a good retentions offer of 600mins 100txts unlimited web £20 that I will not get if I cancel elsewhere.0 -

On the accounts there is a tab that shows all the bolt-ons and addons that are compatable with the tariff the customer is on meaning each one is different, and if the tariffs are too old then the bolt-on's wont show. I'm surprised web daily is on there though (the £1 a day). The only way to get the web bolt-on would be to move to whats called a Q1 tariff, basically the new ones.
Thanks a lot IWTS.
That's a pity though. I'm not really bothered about the rollover that I get with the Online 500 (I only use about 1000min a month).
My main problem is this: I can drop down to £20/mth if I keep this contract, but if I move to a new contract, the lowest tariff on offer is £27/mth for my required minutes.
I've been asked to try ou a simplicity deal for £30/month for 14days to see if I like it and if not, I can go back to my old contract. However, I'm not sure that they will offer me my old contract back! My nightmare scenario is that I'll want to go back to the potential £20/mth contract and it won't be available!
I don't think I can get any discounts on the simplicity via retentions.
In brief, my problem is money, money, money!Tough times never last longer than tough people.0 -

Same here. Tried emailing them via their website but the email help for contract customers does not work, it just doesn't send and re-directs you back to the first step when you press send.
I asked about an iphone, and they said I would need to cancel the contract and then take out an iphone tarrif. Now, knowing there are NO DISCOUNTS on the iphone tarrif, that would mean a £35pm tarrif for much less minutes etc than I have at the moment.
I'm now outside of my 28 days due to their faffing and telling me it's out of stock, so no doubt i'll now get a "yeah we'll get it fixed not replaced as you're out of the 28 days" response, even though it's their fault.
Not happy O2!0 -
A question for anyone who's been given a £150 credit for not taking a new phone...
Last week I agreed a retentions deal which included the £150 credit - I was under the impression this would go into my account straight away but I can't see it showing up on my account yet. How quickly has it gone in for everyone else? Does it take a over a week to show up?
I've received my paperwork through confirming the new deal and my tariff has already switched over. I have online account maintainence - my latest bill (for previous tariff) came out today and it still says that payment will be via my direct debit.0
