I rang back after last post and waited 1 min or so to get retentions and bestthey can do is iphone recon free on 35 pm tariff and the nokia 5800 there apparently is an error and still no stock on them.
asked me to call wednesday for that
so i would advise anyone saying they got 5800 today to double check if not arrived by lunch that your order is still being shipped as system may have just thrown it out.
good luck !!

I knew there was no stock of the 5800 because I checked before I left work. I've ordered the tocco for the OH on the £20 deal that's going round with unlim internet and if the 5800 comes into stock and stays in stock within 14 days I might cancel and re-order.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

Hello - have been browsing this forum with great interest over the last few days as I am upgrading. Anyway this is my result (after 2 days and speaking to 4 different people):
For £15 per month (on an 18 month contract):- 200 mins
- 600 texts
- free 02 to 02 calls (most of my calls are to 02 mobiles)
- free unlimited web bolt-on
- £150 credit (for not taking a phone)
Since the above, I had a rethink over the weekend and have decided to take a phone after all. So I called retentions this morning to cancel the above: they offered me:- £20 per month for 18 months (effectively £15 discount)
- 600 mins, 1000 texts
- free unlimited web bolt-on
- 5800 (yes, they have some stocks in now!)
- free home broadband for 12 months

I called at 10, they actually refreshed the stock and said there was none :eek:0 -
