Gonna go for my first retentions deal as an o2 employee tomorrow, I hope I don't announce myself as x from x department by accident like I did the other day :rotfl:
I'm aiming low, I've just won a phone through work so I'm just gonna try to get the £20 simonly with a £5 subs discount. I'm currently on online 30 with a £15 discount.
Suppervedder, if you're on retentions whats the best deal on the Tocco at the moment (budget allowing of course)? Are you DV or PB?Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

PB, as the old saying goes it will depend on that magical little "budget" on your account as to figure out the best deal possible, £15/mnth or £20 i would say after ya discounts,0 -
Hi suppervedder
My boyf is on 200mins 200txts @ £30p/m. He's due to upgrade next month.
What do you think he could get it down to by not taking a new handset?
Thanks

You should be able to get the Blackberry 8900 (if it's one your interested in), for:
£20 per month 18 month contract
600 mins
1000 texts
Free Blackberry Unlimited internet
and they also can give you free 12 months O2 broadband
How do I go about getting this deal - Would I speak to upgrades or retentions and is this advertised somewhere?2008 wins - Mobile Big Snap II, Perona Bottle Opener
2009 win - Cadburys Chocolate Pack, Monopoly Deal cards, So Fragrance Lipgloss. 5 x Galaxy books, 5 x Mars Footballs, 1 x Cricket Ball
AIM: Get slim for my ickle Sisters wedding in Nov 2011 - ahhh 2 stone to go...0 -

Band A, £15 a month spend, ideally I'd hope for £35 tariff for no more than £20 (need the web bolt-on for my xda, tocco would be OH's baby) whats the likelihood?
I know I'll get the simo but he keeps moaning about getting a tocco :rolleyes:Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

upgrades = the people you speak to who cant give you good deals, just tell them you want something better/cancel. They cant actually cancel your contract or issue your pac.
They send you to the retentions department.
retentions = they are the last people you speak to who can give you their "best" deals for your account. They can usually match or give you a better deal, if not they can cancel or issue your pac at your request.0
