just a thought ? Did they call you??? as you have to be careful, as alot of third party stores tend to ring around pretending to be o2 and offering you deals, to get you to sign up, you think your renewing with o2 but your not. If not and you rang them, have you still got the number you called??
You didnt give them your bank details did you??? or have to confirm theses to them?? just a bit worried as i know this has happens alot.

Thank you for the concern. I wasnt called by anyone.. I called o2 from my mobile 202 and then option 2, 2.. I never gave any of my bank details.
I am happy to see someone like you who are concerned about people like me, not to get fooled by companies calling themselves as O2.
Thank you again0 -
I just went on the o2 website and upgraded to reconditioned iphone, £35 a month, 500 texts, 600 minutes and unlimited data and wifi. And it didn't cost me a penny! Woohoo!! Can't wait to get it now! Think happy & you'll be happy

Nice to see the iPhone/iPhone contracts coming down in price like it is, wouldn't have touched it with a barge pole when it first came out, but I might actually look at one next time i come to renew.
The tarriff stays the same, its just the phone becomes free when reconditioned
I'm still waiting for them to come down in price a bit on PAYG so i can stick my simplicity sim in it :money:0 -
I currently on contract with o2 and am due for an upgrade, but the last twice I have asked for a new phone they have said they couldn't do it without upping my monthly fee (now £35pm) or extending my contract to eighteen months which I don't want. I don't use my full minutes or texts now so have no intention of going higher on the monthly fee.
I would like an i phone or another phone which don't seem to appear on their 'free' with contract list.
Any suggestions to get what I want without upping everything?0 -
Got it yet Ste?
Ordered it on the 1st Monday, did not arrive on tues, or by tea time wed, so gave them a phone. It was all down on the computer, but just not ordered!! The guy said he would put another on order...which i have just been informed by my other half as just arrived!!! Know what I'll be doing all night0 -
I dont know what to do :
o2 do a SIM only tarriff of £20 a month which includes everything i'll need for the iphone (600 mins, 1000 texts and unlimited data) and the beauty is its no minimum contract.
Over 18 months that'd cost me £360 as opposed to £630 for the iPhone tarrif, but with the savings i'd have to buy the iPhone separate which are £340 new so not sure if its worth it.........the benefit of buying separate with a sim only is that it'd be less per month and there'd be no lengthy contract cant decide ..................0
