I have probably spent £60 over my allowance for the whole year for both contracts. I use all of my minutes up every month too.

When I asked for it on my sisters account they said No and explained that I only got it because they just carried the deal I was on over for another 18 months. I hadn't even cancelled my contract yet?

    Good Luck! xxx

Strange, that's pretty much the same as me I was just keeping my minutes and wanting a N95 as an upgrade. It all seems so hit and miss as if the operator has all the leeway and I'm obviously not getting through to the right ones.

    Hi,

I was actually called, I didn't call up. I was offered the N95, I asked for the N95 free for my second account too but they said I wasn't eligible for it? The number that I was called from was: 07782333325.

Fingers crossed you get offered a good deal :)

i was called from that number too....was sceptical at first but he read out my address...and was not asking me for any money just wanting to give me a free phone and some credit!
BTW the 6500 is not a bad phone, much slimmer than the 6280! and camera is quite decent too. I bought some plastic cases from ebay 2 for £2.50 and it looks pretty good.

buying on line via Quidco as a new customer and using a friends 3 phone number as recommend a friend so that we receive £30 each.

Does anybody know for definite whether it is possible for an existing customer to get a new contract from fresh, and still receive Quidco and the RAF bonus?

Not having much luck here. My current deal, which ran out on 1st July, was 750 mins + 150 texts + 50 MMS + 50 video minutes for £17.50. It was one of the half price for 18 months offers. 20 minutes on the phone to 3 and I could only get 250 minutes + 50 texts for £12 a month with a Nokia 6120. I really want a W890i on mix & match 300 for £15 a month but they wouldn't budge from the offers to new customers which make it £20 a month.

I tried really hard too :(

My contract is up in the first week of August, and I've been haggling with 3 for the last week.

The contract that I'm currently on is 300 mins, 150 texts with the picture msgs, downloads etc. I currently have a £20 loyalty diso!!!! so i get it for only £5 a month. However the problem is that I always run over on minutes and texts, so it doesnt end up being that cheap for me.

They have offered to carry on my deal and give me the Nokia N95 as a free upgrade, which is a really good phone. However if I was to change price-plan's then I would lose my loyalty bonus. The best I can get them to do is the mix plan 1100 for £20 a month. The best phone I can get is the Nokia 6500 slider (they wont give me the N95 8GB).

Do you reckon I should go for the £20 deal or should I hold out closer to the end of my contract for a better deal? Do they have month end tartgets which could mean a better deal?
