3 Retention Deals

Has anyone had any success with keeping their £5 free downloads and/or Mobile Internet included in their retention deals?

I'm not too fussed about phones, but tend to use minimal minutes and a couple of hundred texts - i get bored at work so tend to use my downloads and currently have £5 internet max which i also use a fair bit.

thanks for the update and just ignore quentin as he wil tear apart everything you say and turn it against you, its amazing how ANY thread can get turned around into a barney !

heres a link, they have just dropped the video pack from £15 to £9 so for new customers the n95 8gb can be as cheap as £24 per month,

wish i had waited for my upgrade now, never mind always next year

Just got a call claiming to be from 3 (my contract ends on the 16th of august). Saying that I was eligible from an upgrade. He gave my name but instead of my current address he gave me my old address. 3 has my new address as I receive my monthly bill by the post. Then I asked where he was calling from and he told me that he was from "Docklands the company that I bought my phone from". That's not true as I bought my phone from 3 website. I had a contract before with tmobile, now I don't know if 3 or tmobile sold my details to this company.
