Just been offered a brand new Nokia N73 in black, 300 x-net mins, 150 txts, 25 picture messages, 25 video mins and £5 worth of downloads for just £10 a month on an 18 month contract. The phone is my mother-in-law's and perfect for her so I accepted the deal.

well I have two days to go---only calls i have had are from the Asian call center with offers that a new buyer would get.
I would love the £10 a month 500 mins.
Can we ring them?
If so anyone have the telephone number?
I see there is a free phone number for 3 earlier on here, is that the number?

You can ring 333 and ask them to ask the call centre to give you a ring back but the best deals are when they actually ring you.

I got 500mins,600txt + unlimited internet for £25.
that was back in feb with a K850i.

the internet i can remove at anytime and that will drop it by £5.

i use roughly 3-400 mins a month and about the same with txts. on the internet however i use anywhere from 800mb to 2.4gb... as i have it connected to my laptop most of the time.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is no way to contact this special department. The contact you. There are rumours that they only contact people who fall into certain categories although I do not know how true that is. These tend to be either people who reguarly go over there contracted minutes therefore being charged a fortune each month, or those who are way under theiir contracted minutes each month therefore already paying for something they dont use. One thing I do know however is that some get it and some dont although the majority of people on here do seem to get the phone call.
Dont give up complete hope however. A lot of people have waited until the penultimate day and got a deal.
The good thing with 3 however is it is not all doom and gloom if you do not get it. Mostly they are currently the cheapest anyhow and you can sign up through the website for a new deal, get the £30 refer a friend for you and your 'friend' and go through quidco and get even more(most probably)

Also, you can try phoning up customer services. It may be possible that you have just slipped through the retentions net. Ask them for any deals and either take them or you will have at least reminded them that you are about to be gone forever.

I have two phones. The first I have got the deal on. The second, my wifes, is almost up and i have phoned up requesting PAC code two weeks ago. I havent heard anything yet but we live in hope.

never got a callback as they must have rung when I was at work. My contract ends tomorrow........do you think they might ring today?

My OH uses me as her 'negotiation manager' with 3... we just asked for the PACS code last week and have been getting constant calls.

So far, the best deal has been a Sony Ericsson W910i on mix and match 1100 (£27 a month) with 2 months free line rental.

Can this be beaten? We're pushing for 3 months. She has previously been on a terrible tarrif with them, spending £65-100 a month with them for a year.

I took a 6500 slide with 500 minutes and 100 texts , £10 a month for life. However the phone is a refurb. It gets hot when you make a call, my hair gets caught in the slide,the battery is rubbish as I have to charge it everyday, and it has switched itself off a few times. Actually I don't like it at all ! Anyone one else having these problems or is it because it's a refurb ?
