    This is a fantastic deal - almost seems too good to be true?! Is the company legit??

    I finally cancelled my contracts with 3 (about 7 calls & 45 minutes of pleading with the guy on the phone, it was ridiculous) so now we have until the end of the month to find something else. Should I expect a call from 3 trying to get me back? As I cancelled about a week ago & haven't heard anything.

    I'm keen for the S3 thus the deal above looks great.

    The many people who have ordered and had the phone delivered on HUKD with no problems suggest that mobileshop is fine to deal with.

    I would expect a follow up call, its always happened with me but you cant be certain, if the above deal ticks all the boxes then go for it.

    You can get a much cheaper deal here mate- (if you need the extra minutes)

    ^ ahh, too late, I've gone with the Mobileshop.com deal! Although its £20 for 300 mins, 5000 texts & AYCE data. Your link was £2 more for 200 extra mins, still a good deal though.

    Finally got the call back from the Escalations team confirming they had concluded their investigation. The outcome is I now have the One Plan with AYCE data and not the One Plan with a 2GB limit.

    My May bill was also generated over the weekend and its great to see written confirmation that my One Plan tariff is the one with All You Can Eat Data.

    I can now enjoy my Three data!

    same here got the call from their investigations department and they too confirmed that AYCE data has been added to my account :T

    Still don't trust them and have requested they forward this to me in writing!

    Excellent news.

    I'm glad we both got a positive resolution. Fair play to Three for dealing with the issues we raised and rectifying the mistakes made.

    Does anyone have any advice for me?

    I became eligible for an upgrade yesterday (14/05/13). However, I received a message in April saying you could pre-order your upgrade for the Galaxy S4 if you did so by 25.04.13 there would be no charge for the phone, and you'd get it on the one plan for £37 per month. I phoned on 25/04/13 to 'pre-order' the upgrade, but was told I would need to buy-out the remainder of my contract. I wasn't very happy with this given they'd stated it was a pre-order. The adviser told me I could call back when it was time to upgrade and receive the same offer which I agreed to.

    Yesterday I phoned to upgrade, and was told that offer is not valid and I'd need to pay £49 upfront. I wasn't happy again, due to being told firmly i'd get the same offer as was originally offered. I complained to a manager who was arranging a callback today. I missed the call but was left a message for the complaints department, who i've now been on the phone to for 2 hours and counting. Despite recorded messages stating calls are recorded, they're saying my call on 25/04 was not recorded, and that as such they cannot confirm I was given that offer.

    I've been fobbed off for the past 2 days now, and am becoming extremely frustrated. In between this time, I received a message saying i've been upgraded to a refreshed iphone 5, which i did not ask for or want. I phoned, they stated this was cancelled, and then 10 hours later i received another text telling me it was due to be delivered tomorrow (today now). I again had to phone and they assured me it was cancelled. I went online to my3 this morning before phoning back to see what current offers were available for upgrades, and it said i'd already upgraded to the iphone 5...

    I'm just so angry and annoyed with this. The customer service level is non existent - they do not seem to want to help at all and are not willing to budge on the current 'deal' which is the exact same if a new customer joined up today.
