Just to put you at ease a little, it does exist - this is my second contract that has gone to the one plan on a 12 month sim only, my other one can tether so I wanted assurances this one would also.
Last one is £8.50 p/m this one is £14 (as low as I could get them to go) maybe I should have held off for retentions to ring me - that said happy enough.
Why didn't you stay on the £8.50 deal?
I stayed on my £12.50pm deal no problem.
Good to know it's sorted for you Abid.0 -

I have still got it mate, so now two different contracts (both the same one plan deal) but one at £8.50 and the new one at £14.
The older one is used by one of my kids.I'd like to teach the World to sing in perfect Harmony:j

On £10 sim only on my second call back after requesting a PAC. Just been offered a throw away Nokia phone, 300 mins, 5000 texts and unlimited data for £10 a month. Worth it?0

I hope so.
Waiting to hear back Escalations team investigator. The Three Customer Support team on Twitter looked into it for me and they are saying it is 2gb but unlimited and it includes tethering.
I've flagged a link to this forum to them. I just don't feel 100% confident in this its 2gb but you can go over the limit message and it does raise concerns that they can make changes at any point which could penalise customers.
The big issue for me here is I asked for AYCE I didn't sign up to 2GB but we will let you go over the limit. I'm hopeful once they have listened to the telephone conversation they will know what I was offered and what I signed up to!
In the meantime I will enjoy my All You Can Eat Data!
Thanks for all your support and feedback guys, much appreciated. Why didn't you stay on the £8.50 deal?

You have to make sure you get it 100% confirmed.
I know for a fact that from September Three will be enforcing the 2GB limit and tether block on their 12 month One Plan. (Hence why it's always been advertised as 2GB).
So as long as you actually have the AYCE add on added to your account then it should be ok.0 -

Had to happen some time I suppose, tie them down now folks.
Luckily I received my "Thanks for Staying" letter today .......

Still waiting for my letter so shall wait and see.
Currently now dealing with another Three debacle that is making me want to scream. I took out a second contract for the wife on Thursday last week. Still no sign of sim card arriving.
On Tuesday I was advised then to go into store instead and pick up a replacement sim card. Went in today, one Three store told me not to go down this route as it would delay activation further etc and either continue waiting for the card or request a new one.
Went to the second store and there was an infinitely more helpful Customer Service rep who said it would be better to do in store and he'll get it done.
This is where my new problem emerged. On the store systems there is only one contract showing against my details so he activated a replacement sim for my existing contract!
Then had to get back on the phone to Customer Service who somehow can see the second contract but the store can't. So back at square one waiting to see if a miracle happens and it arrives in today's post. If not start the painful process of requesting a new sim card all over again. All the while my tariff is live and costing me money.
If you speak to the telephone team, social media team and the sales team in store you get 3 different messages!
In store also confirmed the issue about 2gb Internet plans being enforced from September. Waiting for my thank you for staying with Three letter and a call from the Escalations team to sort that out.
All in all a very sorry mess. I really do feel like ringing Three UK's Director of Sales and demanding an explanation!
UPDATE
No sooner had this message gone live, the postman arrived and delivered the delayed sim card! Having spoken to Customer Services they had taken my date of birth down wrong. Right date and month but wrong year!
One problem fixed, one to go!Had to happen some time I suppose, tie them down now folks.
