Thanks for the reply, I would rather stay with three as the data speed and unlimited data really appeal to me so I dont mind losing out on the cash back.

I'm just hoping I get offered the HTC One or S4 for nothing and get offered the same package as I am on now (The one Plan) for around £34/5 a month. I currently play £36.25 due to Vat increase!!

As I mentioned above I was offered Htc One/S4 for 36/37 and I have 5 different contracts with them but this was from the front end c.s dept - maybe retentions will be better for you if they do get back to you.

Thanks Raven, I don't mind the £36 per month as I do use my mobile a lot and Three with their tethering and data limits are hard to beat. I just don't want to pay for the handset. Still no call but I didn't expect one today so will hopefully get one tomorrow.

What I do find strange is as i stated earlier I am attempting to upgrade early but before when I checked my Three the site use to say 'you can upgrade 2nd June 2013'

As I've now got my PAC code My Three now says.. 'Youve already requested to upgrade this account' why does it say that? No dates showing now.

Not that retentions will beat it but look what you can get for £20 a month if you are willing to port your number away and back again:

    Edit: Tick the 3 box

    hi

i to got offered the one plan with 2gb data, but the agent told me it was a top secret that if you go over the allowance you will not get charged anything on top

i didnt take his word for it but had it confirmed for the manager that it will be AYCE data, apparently it will show as my allowance being 2gb but its not not

still don't feel comfortable with this but we will see

Well!!! I gave 3 a call today to query if AYCE data has been added to my account and guess what? They haven't!!! The manager who i apparently spoke to did not leave any notes on my account

There was the option for that same manager to call me back or speak to the retention's again, i decided against both and requested this be looked into as a complaint, so should receive a call within 5 days to tell me what can be done, only thing i'm glad about is that i knew the call would be recorded and i kept querying the AYCE data and made the manager confirm that it has definately been added

I tried to get a home signal box out of them as i have very poor reception in my house but apparently if your on a sim-only deal you have to pay £50, which is so not fair considering that i have been paying £40 + per month for the last 3 years!

Lets see what there complaints department offers!

    Read my post earlier.

The 12 month deal cannot have AYCE data. It will show 2GB but you can over the allowance until september.

The problem is this is not being told to customers upgrading. I was also told the AYCE data needed to be approved by a manager. Also we are going through upgrade / retention and not asking for the 12 month package as it is advertised on the site. I specifically said I would only accept the offer if it offered AYCE data.

We are being told we have AYCE data added and not 2GB as per my previous post. I rang again on Sunday and was reassured that it was AYCE data added.

Like the previous poster I kept asking for the sales rep to confirm it was AYCE data and not 2GB which he assured me. I even went to the Three store today and was told they can't access the system to check what was on my upgrade. He did say if I've been told its AYCE then it should be that.

I will know on Wednesday morning or before if I get my letter. If it is 2gb then I too will be complaining and asking Three to go through the recorded conversation.

If the below had been explained to me I would have happily chosen an Ultimate Internet alternative like the once I accepted for my second line which comes in at £12.90 per month with 600 xnet minutes, 2000 3 to 3 minutes as well as a £15 account credit.

I have escalated my issue with their escalation team too.

Seems like there is a lot of confusion internally at Three as a result of having two One plans.

Frederick from the Escalations team will be reviewing the recorded telephone conversations with a view to providing a way forward.

Seems like Three customer service reps are either pulling tricks on customers to get them to sign up or upgrade or are legitimately confused. Either way I know I was categorically told I was getting AYCE data as part of my upgrade and am confident the recorded conversations will bear that out.

Just to put you at ease a little, it does exist - this is my second contract that has gone to the one plan on a 12 month sim only, my other one can tether so I wanted assurances this one would also.

Last one is £8.50 p/m this one is £14 (as low as I could get them to go) maybe I should have held off for retentions to ring me - that said happy enough. :)

My Three has updated to my new plan

    3 to 3 Minutes 5,000
    Texts 5000
    Voice Minutes 2000
All you can eat data - INCLUDED

Looks like they have added the All You Can Eat Data as requested.
