  • I managed to keep my free add- ons of 2000 landline minutes and £10 worth of international calls when I upgrades to iPhone 5. Use the international calls all the time so quite happy with it.

  • Hi my contract is due to end on November 16th so that means i will have to give 30 days notice on the 16th of october problem is i m not very good at haggling

i wasn't sure of my cancel date so i rang 333 to find out
i recently also canceled and upgrade while looking at my account had seen that i had cancelled it. he asked why i had done so i told him because of the cost and i said there where cheaper deals around so i quoted orange deal

    which was FREE galaxy s3 600 mins 3000 text £28.50 a month
here's where the interesting bit is he said "we have a fantastic deal " but the deal quoted was the same for everyone then he proceeded to to the hardsell saying that this deal was only for me because i had so-called loyalty benefits kept saying you know sir you will pay more with orange looking at the plan " have now with orange i know i be paying less for more for more minutes not rally bothered about text 3000 text will be enough.

can anyone offer any help oh im sorry about the grammar

Are you happy with your current phone? If so, ask for your PAC then wait for them to call with a 'special' retentions offer.

They will call and if you dont use your PAC then your contract continues as before.
  • Thanks KTF I think I will do
  • Will this be the same as giving 30 days notice

Asking for you PAC is 30 days notice as the PAC lasts for 30 days.

They theory being that you are going to use it to transfer to another network within 30 days and want to take your number with you.

When your number transfers your account closes.
  • I was told by three customer services my contract ends on 16th of November and was told to ring back on 16 of October is this when I request my pac code
