I don't know what you are intending to use your mobile internet on your phone for, but do you really believe that you will actually use more than 1GB, let alone 2GB internet per month:eek:?
I assume that you aren't intending to tether your phone to a PC and use the internet like that, as most providers will ask you to pay extra for that.0 -

I use well over 2gb on my desire hd each month and that's without tethering. So thankful for the unlimited internet.0 -
Yes lots of video ( BBC iplayer etc ).
Ahh, yes, well that would do it, and with a nice big screen I can see the attraction!! (I have an HTC HD2 for work, but with the extended battery! You get a nice little 'prop' stand with that battery too, as I'm sure you know)
I would be interested to hear what you get out of 3. In my experience they keep pestering you more frequently as you get nearer to expiry. I requested my PAC and on one of the many calls I said I was actually going to order that night from my alternative supplier, and then had about 4 calls from them in about 2 hours! I had actually ordered from the other one when they finally gave me what I wanted!
From some of the comments on here, they may not seem so 'desperate' now; their loss I guess.0 -

I had to ring them several times as wanted the one plan with the free £10 international calls that I had seen other people getting a while ago. Finally got offered it on 24 month contract for £29 but opted for £34 for 18 month (hate the idea of a 24 month contract ). I upgraded a month before my contract expired so never received any calls from them and wasn't really offered any deals until I rang up asking for my PAC and told them I was going to move to tmobile. I get the impression at the moment that they don't seem to be offering deals as much.
Where did you get the battery from?0 -

You really have to threaten to leave, get the PAC etc and then they chase you at the very last moment in my experience. Yes, 24mths is long, and with technology moving the way it does, a new phone is calling long before then!
I got a '2600mAh' one from ebay for £5.94 delivered. (A genuine HTC one, probably made in the same place, is about £25ish) It's bulky, as you would expect, but lasts twice as long as the standard one, so that is longer than a day!!! You really pay the price with a big screen. I have a Nokia N8 too but get nearly a week out of that
HTC really need to beef up their battery capacity, commensurate with the screen size/power consumption.0 -
Will update when i decide what I am doing.
Got the pacs and had the calls but nothing good offered yet.Google gives you answers use it.........0
