Did get a call from Three this morning with a half decent offer: Desire HD for £21 24 mth for 500 m/m 2gb net and 2000 3to3. Declined as really didn't want 24m contract and we went into Carphone Warehouse and picked up a Samsung Galaxy S each for £99.99 on Talk Mobile at £20 for 12m, for 200 mins, 1000 texts and unltd net.
PS the Wildfire deal we considered was free on this £20 12m contract through E2Save.0 -
called 3 mobile up as my contract is up next week, tried to get the hd at a special price but with no luck, kept offering the desire but not hd, seems like a good deal so may try them again on monday;)0

I managed to get desire hd last month on the one plan with 2000 free land line minutes and £10 international calls (really useful having international calls for me as I have family abroad). Was first offered for £29 a month on a 24 month contract said I really didn't want 24 month and was then offered 18 month for £34 or upfront payment of £59 and £30 a month. I had to call a couple of times and ask for pac to be offered anything and was not offered anything with less minute.0

My contract for the last 18 months has been £13.00 600 mix and match deal, 1 gig internet, 2000 3 to 3 mins and 300 extra 3 to 3 mins.
I would like a Iphone 4, but I'm not sure about the upgrade options. I deally I would like to pay for the phone and keep the currant contract.
Does anyone have any advice on how much they would charge for the phone?
Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated
Thank you

The unlocked price of the phone is £510 unlocked from Apple - you could end up paying up to that. If you went SIM only (through retentions) you could probably beat your contract price down - I'm on the old VTT500 package with free internet for £5.50 a month. I kept this deal and just buy sim-free handsets to use with it.0 -
asked for my pac code and they still kept offering deals that are on their website already so no incentive to keep on 3, stood my ground they then said that they would text my pac.
not a good word to say about their sales team, very poor:mad:0 -
I just want to make sure that nobody has had problems about 3 saying they have cancelled your contract but they don't really and you still get billed?
I am asking as I gave 30 days notice today to cancel my mobile broadband contract (1 month rolling) and they said they would cancel it and I could "uncancel" it anytime before 20/05/2011.
I'd appreciate help0 -
So what is the process to get the best possible deal from 3? I have 2 contracts with them and got a £180 Comet voucher last time I upgraded with them for 18 month contracts.0

13 a month
300 any network mins
300 3 to 3 mins
5000 texts
500mb internet
Sony Erricson w995 (refurbished but am sure he told me this after i committed)
Contract ends 27th July paid 36 to buy myself out of this - new deal 24 month starts today.
Probably could have bargained further but didn't for the sake of a few quid.
I asked them to match tesco deal of 30 for nokia handset and 10 a month for 500 mins 5000 texts over 24 months - good deal for them to benchmark against.
Also tried to ask for 1.99 for delivery i said bit cheeky your only telling me now its too late so he waived it.
Is this good?0
