I went in just asking for my PAC code did not tell them how much i was going to pay with the new supplier.

This gave me the upper hand, they were offering me the same deal for £20 then it went down to £15 and managed to get it for £12

I'm just wondering if i could better this

How do we know the offer quoted over the phone is real? Does 3 send the offer detail (plan - mins/text) in post once you agree with the upgrade?

So do you guys think I will have a chance of getting the Desire HD for £20 as I really want this phone. Will I have to wait till the last month in my contract to get a deal like this or has anyone had a deal similar to this in the last 3 months of their contract??

Your best off phoning Three the day after, but definately before your phone arrives. The deal if genuine should be down on their computer so they should be able to repeat it to you again. If its wrong and a phone arrives, refuse it.

Im after the same thing but after requesting my PAC code I havent had a call back almost a week on. I requested PAC code a little early just to test the water and I cannot give notice until the end of November. When that date comes however I will give my notice. A week after that if I havent heard anything I will be asking for new PAC code and that will be that. Part of me is hoping that I dont get the deal, as although I will be paying a few quid more I will have no more dealings with three.

Hi, Is it possible to upgrade on 3 website or it had to be done over the phone now. Last time i did the upgrade online but cannot see that option anymore. Thanks

500mb for £22

offer 2 HTC Desire
as deal 1 but £29

to stay on my plan i can have a Nokia 5230, which i dont want.

Would be willing to up my payment to £21/22 max, any tips?
is it worth going instore? should i ask for Pac?
